   Got my helix pierced by Molly here and she made the whole experience so smooth and pleasant! I wasn't sure on which stud to go for and she suggested one that works so beautifully with my other piercings! The piercing process itself was so clean and quick too! So pleased with my experience here and a special shout out to Molly in particular for making it that way! ^_^

   I came in looking for a necklace to put my family pendant on & was so impressed with the service. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable about the jewellery and different materials, which was really helpful as I have sensitive skin. She made sure I found something perfect that wouldn’t irritate me, and was so attentive throughout. I left with a beautiful necklace and matching earrings!! couldn’t be happier with the experience!

   Beautiful jewellery pieces and lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful! Cute cafe upstairs whilst waiting for my piercing appointment. I had my outer conch pierced by Indi who was super lovely and patient and helped me pick the earrings that I was looking for for my new piercing and my rook piercing! Great experience!

   India is an absolute asset to the company. Had a Helix piercing with Astrid & Miyu approx 3 years ago. Due to a few reasons, I recently bought a new hoop earring (also from Astrid & Miyu), but could not swap out the new earring for the old one, no matter how much I tried, and believe me..... I tried! My ear just refused to cooperate. After a week of failed attempts and one EXTREMELY sore ear, I booked an aftercare appointment and bopped down to see India. She was awesome! She took her time and did her utmost so that I felt the least amount of pain possible, and although it was a struggle, she managed to replace the earring and also gave me great guidance on aftercare. Throughout the appointment, India was warm and friendly and really put me at ease. I definitely recommend going to her for any ear piercings. Plus, the Astrid & Miyu earring range is lush!

   Had a piercing at the Foubert’s Place store today, after having a couple at other stores previously. It’s a lovely little shop, with a wide range of jewellery to suit all budgets. Love the smaller sized studs and hoops that just feel more elegant. My piercing experience with Tyler was great! I had my Tragus and my Conch (which was an idea from one of the store workers when I said I didn’t know what to get) And it was pain free, really comfortable and choices of piercing jewellery is great. I wish they ‘d have more in the titanium range than solid gold (as these are much pricier) but still had some great options and can’t wait to swap out for my some A&M studs I have. Thanks!

   Had a great experience here. It’s such a nice spot; feels like a real treat. There’s a nice shop space upstairs and then the piercing area downstairs is very plush. Would be lovely for a day out with a pal. My piercer Tyler was really friendly and professional and was clearly very experienced. I always enjoy getting a piercing at Astrid & Miyu as the staff are so friendly!

   Had my ears pierced here last week after having such a great experience getting my helix pierced at this store in November. I had the same piercer both times, Tyler, who was lovely - very patient as I was a little nervous, and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. A gorgeous selection of piercing jewellery, and lovely staff. A really positive experience over all.

   Had a second lobe piercing done here with a friend recently. Tyler was brilliant! Really put us both at ease and the whole process felt straightforward and smooth. Beautiful earrings to choose from and good to get a discount on further purchases that day. Store feels a little hectic where you pay/check in so it was good to have a separate area to have the piercings done.
