   I am very disappointed in the service received from Tony Kealys. The Joie Versatrax pram we purchased started to fall apart within a week. The handle was wobbly, it was difficult to close and scratched easily among several other faults. In line with their 60 day refund policy, I requested a refund. On several occasions they simply referred back to advice from Joie rather than processing the refund. I explained my rights as a consumer and have given clear expectations regarding the refund and they continue to deflect and delay. Therefore I have been given no choice but to share my experience with other consumers so they’re fully informed of who they’re dealing with. I will also be raising a case through the relevant trading authorities.

   Great prices and customer service! We bought our pram package from Tony Kealys and it's been simple and easy from start to finish. Every time we've been into the store, Jacqueline has helped us, answered all of our silly questions (as first time parents) and never tried to over sell us anything we don't need. She's been fantastic! We collected our pram package 2 days ago and absolutely love it. Jacqueline spent time showing us how to use the pram, install the car seat and again answered all of our silly questions! This place has even price matched our package twice!! We've got a an amazing deal on our package and we're really happy with everything. Thanks for making this experience so lovely and effortless for us. We'll be back for more bits and bobs when baby arrives!
