Got my daughter’s ears pierced here less than two days ago. The following day after we got the piercing we noticed that one of the earring had fallen off her ear. This happened less than 24 hours of getting her ears pierced therefore was slightly confused how quickly this could happen considering it’s a new piercing and she hasn’t touched/played with her ears. She is only one years old. Called up to ask for support and replacement of the earring with support to get it inserted back and was denied support. I was told that they can’t do anything about it and that I should wait for her ear to heal and get it pierced again. I believe the earring was faulty otherwise it wouldn’t have just fallen off within 20 hours of getting it pierced. My daughter wasn’t even sleeping at that point nor did we change her clothes to consider the possibility of the earring getting caught up in her jumper or something; she was only playing with her toys. Bear in mind this piercing cost us £68 which I believe was ridiculously overpriced. The piercing was actually £53 but I was lied to so that she could upsell. I later found out after checking my receipt that the lotion was a separate cost of £15 which was added on to the transaction. But she made it seem like it was the piercing which would cost me £68. I see all of this as theft and it’s really disgusting to be lied to when you want to trust the sales person for help. Do not take your children here to get a piercing as they take zero accountability when things go wrong.. they do not help or offer support. The funny part is they told me this is the first time they had a complaint but reading their reviews on google I can see that so many others have complained about their piercing service too.

Just want to say thank you to a manager (wish I asked her name) who worked today at Claire's Wood Green. I received exceptional service. She was professional, friendly with great communication skills. I trully appreciate all your time and help.

I went with a friend. Many of the earrings were ripped out of their packaging. The cashier also pressured us to do the buy 3 get 3 free. Most of the products were extremely expensive. Hi, this is from 09/04/25.The store feels much more welcoming. A lady with a hijab came up to me to help me even before I asked. Along with this, she was handling the till and she did it without rushing around and seemed genuinely interested in helping everyone. I asked for a specific design of earrings and almost immediately, she was able to locate and show me the pair. She is an asset to your company.

I went in for two ear piercings and was lucky enough to be served by Miguel—he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The process was quick, hygienic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

If I could give no stars I would, what a joke of a store. Staff members if you want to call them that have no idea of customer services. Purchased a gift voucher for a birthday gift. The member of staff was training and didnt know how to sell gift vouchers, another member of staff was telling her what to do half way through the transcation. I didnt think nothing of it. This was in September. Took the birthday girl to pick her items in the oct halfterm as she would be off school. After waiting at the counter for a member of staff to serve us,she came over whilst she was on the phone, having a personal conversation. Found out that this was the store manager. No eye contact, hello or thank you. Presented the gift voucher, she said this isn't working, how much is on this, I told her £20. She said its not working. I showed her my proof of purchase on my mobile app, she just kept talking over me and said there's nothing she can do. Call customer services. Another member of staff said maybe you have forgotten that you have used the voucher lol. What a joke, why would I bring a 8 year old to the store to pick her presents ??? Both the manager and sales assistant refused to give their names I didn't realise until I left the store that you can check the voucher online, when I checked this,it clearly showed £20 credit. I contacted customer services who said they would look into this, they have confirmed I do have £20 credit on voucher. Now shouldn't the manger have known that I could have checked the voucher online. This clearly shows she has no knowledge on claire's policy, nor does she understand customer service. I get we all have bad days but this is beyond a joke. Maybe you can enrol her along with the other staff members unto a customer service training on how to deal with customers. Customer services has apologised but I've got 9 emails back and forth with different staff members explaining what will happen. There's no consistency. I first got told,I will be sent another voucher with the £20 plus £10 added for the inconvenience. Then I received a email saying to go back into store and use my original voucher and if it doesn't work, co tact customer service again, then I got a email saying they will send me £10 for my inconvenience. I personally don't want the vouchers anymore and would prefer a refund of my £20. It's only the birthday girl who had to go through this. Its totally not fair. Little girls love claire's, it takes one bad experience like this to stop a child wanting to go back. What a disgrace

Not my sort of place being a nearly 40 year old woman who loves all thing black, animal print,studs/chains,skulls etc.... But absolutely perfect place for my little girl as she is very girly, she loves all things cute, fluffy and princess related etc. In my opinion they are a little pricey, it cost £10 for a fluffy headband the other day, it wasn't the strongest of headbands either.

The best shop for little girls for accessories especially earings. They have child friendly items from bags to bracelets and has accessories. The shop I'd very well stocked but very small and very buzy. A bit expensive but we'll worth it as teenagers love their products.
