Do not order from this online shop, last Saturday 10th December this shop advertised the Wednesday Addams funko pop in stock with 3-5 days shipping, so I ordered it, a week later I had no communication with the store, the rude manager contacted me today, absolutely discusting customer service, we had an argument, she sent me a screenshot that the item I ordered was pre order for March and told me I need to learn to read, but unbeknown to her, I already screen shot the item in stock last week to my partner saying I found rhe funko pop in stock somewhere, so they have clearly changed it in the week to pre order after I ordered in stock, then tried to cover their tracks and made out I was too stupid to read the pre order notification that was not there last week, please avoid at all costs, I am taking it trading standards citizens advice comsumer service.
Wow, this shop is a certified mindblower! I didn't think such a cozy shop could have such great product range! From LEGO to Barbie, I couldn't believe it! To top it all off, the staff where an absolute delight! I was met with a smile and warm hospitality. Would recommend to anyone!
Purchased a Lego set a week ago but didn't receive a confirmation email. Almost a week after purchasing, still not heard anything. Tried emailing, then 'chat with us' on website and phoned. After about 7 phone calls, someone answered who said that my order was cancelled as it was fraudulent and no IP address was found for where I ordered it from. Was told I could order again. Went to order straightaway to find the price increased by £60!! I have never had any issues with my cards and have made payments since with no issues and I ordered from home so no issues with IP address. Am really disappointed that the price was increased and I wasn't able to buy the set that had just been cancelled and was in stock. Lego may have increased the prices but that was stock they already had at the previous price. I don't believe there was any issue with my order and think it was fabricated to hide the price increase. Oh and the company still has my money!
I ordered a Lego set from this shop and it was advertised as 48hr dispatch, with 3-5 days delivery. After 10 days the item had not been dispatched so I emailed them to ask when I could expect tracking info, days later I never got a response so checked the website and they have a different email listed there so assumed I had an incorrect email. This email bounced. More days went by and I hadn’t had a response to any of my emails so I ended up filing a claim through PayPal. Thank god I paid through PayPal or I don’t think I would have got my money back. Within this time they also put the price up by £30. Absolutely shocking customer service
