   I went in to buy an earing for my wife and asked the in store manager for help, I specifically said no gold colour earrings as my wife doesn't wear gold. The manager got 2 different sets out and I took one of them because they had a nice size. When I got it home I saw that it was gold in colour (which I didn't want) i hadn't opened it or anything like that, i took it back to the shop the next morning and explained the situation, it was the same manager who served me the day before, I explained that I specifically said no gold yet the manager insisted she told me they are gold when showing me. Now even if she said it, she as the manager shouldn't have even tried selling me the gold one, at the time I was more interested in the shape and size and obviously not listening to the manager saying it's gold. None the less, I went in explaining I wanted silver colour and came out not knowing I've been sold gold. Definitely not great work from someone who is in a management position, definitely feel I've been treated unfair and definitely mis-sold. So unhappy with the situation, and lost £25

   I went with a friend on Wednesday and saw a couple of Pusheen plushies for £4,50, cameback Friday on my day off, plushie was there with same price tag but they weren’t taking card so left to get cash, when I cameback 3m after the lady had changed them from shelves and removed the tag, after telling me there was no tag (lies) she said it “might have fell” coincidentally on the plushie (it’s been with that price since Wednesday? Also they had two of those both £4,50) after arguing about the “non existent” tag for a long time I saw the tag she removed was on the floor which I don’t care but if we had bought the plushie Wednesday with her colleague I doubt I would have paid anything but £4,50. She called herself the manager (not sure if it’s true) but if it’s is then she needs to do a better job as not only they are misleading customers by putting wrong price but they can’t even admit their mistake and say “sorry it was a wrong tag” that would do, but saying “it might have fell just now” when I know what I saw, the price discounted was like that for DAYS and it was proper glued to the original price. Both the milk carton and bubble tea were last ones and discounted, they got 3 news models and suddenly they are all the same price? Do yourself a favour and go London Claire’s as not only the variety is better but they have young happy staff and not old miserable ones that act like they are doing you a favour

   Little one Got her ear pierced as part of a christening gift from her Godmother. Amazing service from the girls. Did both ears together. Did everything to make my baby girl comfortable. Thank you.

   Bought a Lilith Squishmallow at the weekend, which I was originally happy with. It was only when I got on the bus back that I noticed there was a rip in it. Of course this can happen, but like shouldn't there be better quality control of products, especially considering its Claire's which has more expensive products compared to other shops? When I did return the squishmallow I was offered an exchange of the same one if they have in the back (which they didn't in the end), so then I took up the option of a refund. I was told this would immediately be refunded to my card. This hasn't happened and I'm still waiting on the refund of £16. Maybe it's in the small print, but you never mentioned until the actual point of refunding that it has to be to the person's bank account and can't just be refunded in cash there and then. I even raised concerns about being refunded to my bank card as I just had the feeling it wasn't going to be immediate and I was right. Please in the future as mentioned could there be better quality control of products and also more transparency from the begging about your return policy, thanks. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly, it's just ashame this experience has negatively impacted my view of Claire's and whether I wish to shop with yourselves in the future for squishmallows.

   There is too much squashed into this small shop. Hardly any space to push a pushchair around, so anyone else in the same pathway made shopping very difficult.

3. THE CHEEKY SISTERS! ★★★★★

   Had both my daughter's ears pierced today the lady berry was so kind patient and very helpful my children cried but my eldest went abit over the top screaming lol was very embarrassing, berry handled it so well couldn't thank her anymore really happy with her and the other ladie(didn't get her name) service. Thanks again

   I just had my daughters 9th birthday party at Claires accessories. She said it was her best party she has ever had. They children played games, and had lots of fun. At the end they all got to choose their going home gift, which was anything in the store up to the amount of £15. Which was the cost of the party per child so well worth it. They were all over the moon. The staff were so attentive and made the party so much fun. A big thank you Toni and Maria for all they did to make my daughters party so special. Katy Ahmet

   My kids absolutely love this place - lots of very cute accessories and novelties and some good ££ deals to be had. The staff have always showed us patience and courtesy. Be prepared to spend money.

   Rude staff...don't greet you when you come in and if you have any questions it's an inconvenience as they are too busy starring into thin air. We went in at 9am and where the only customers in the store. Ended up spending money as my daughter was keen on an item, but was loathed to give business to people who do not want it. My first and last time going to this branch.
