   I paid my pram system off monthly and picked up in september , in october my grandson was born and when he came home we put him in his new pram. Unfortunately the carrycot zip was broken i phoned the store and was told to bring it back. I did this and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be fixed and was told sure I could use the car seat. When picking up fixed carry cot the mattress was not there so was given the display one . I would have thought if i had been given faulty items these would have been replaced not repaired and i did not pay for a second hand display mattress i will never be shopping there again as wasn't even offered any compensation for my disruption.
