    Visited Cuddy's for the first time today and the customer service was fantastic. Took my son in to get his sixth form uniform and both ladies were super helpful, very attentive and above all very friendly. Both ladies went out of their way to help and give advice - thank you for making it very easy, especially with a teenage boy! I also quickly dropped by the ladies underwear section and once again was greeted by a super friendly member of staff with great expertise in her area! Such genuine customer attentiveness is often lost in the large corporate chain stores. I would highly recommend and will be back for a fitting myself!

    Went to Cuddys in Carrick this afternoon to buy our daughters school uniform for starting big school. The lady that helped us was fantastic, (didnt get her name but she has twin daughters) took her time, brought us different sizes to try & generally was just happy to help, giving me tips on how to wash the skirt. There was 1 item that wasn't in stock so we had to go to another well known school shop in Carrick where we experienced poor customer service that even my 11year old daughter made a comment about the service. We will definitely be recommending Cuddys.

    Today I brought my grandaughter into the shop for her school uniform. We were greeted by a blonde haired woman, she said one word "uniform?", she was cold and snapped her answers when I asked questions. My grandaugher needed to try things on, instead of showing her the changing cubicle she pointed and said "over there"!!! I expect good customer service in shops but this woman's attitude was disgusting, if she tried to smile her face would crack. Because of this I won't use Cuddys again. Further to your response to my review - The shop was NOT busy, myself and another customer were the only customers. Bad manners and poor customer service is no excuse for this woman's attitude.

    My darling wife bought a purse for her mother...for Mothers day...unfortunately the purse wasn't working too well, and Cuddy's changed it, no bother...a great shop..

    Love this wee store. Clothes are of a high quality which explains why the prices are slightly higher. They clothes never RIP or fade like cheaper versions.
