   Brilliant store and staff working on shop floor are great. Only problem is nothing is priced and you need to go look for someone. Food needs controlled better they have sort dates on most chilled products not worth buying. Younger staff are excellent but older staff need retrained on every situation including price checks and unfriendly faces

   In the cafe queue for 15 mins without moving despite there only being 3 people in front of me. Very poor management of the process!! People walking away all the time due to the slowness of the service!

   New big home bargains Carrickfergus is unreal! Fully stocked! Garden center big, cafe lovely window view, such a blessing than paying spar prices, loads of isles of food,, sweets, pets, household, sundry..worth the travel for anyone best one yet

   I'll continue to use the smaller store but won't be back to the new large one. Disgustingly they allow dogs in and I watched several running about sniffing bread and other foodstuffs. There's a place for dogs and a food shop isn't it. Muppets

   Smaller can be better. I prefer this store over the new larger one. I hope you can add the cafe to this location as their is an empty unit across from the store. Also hope you can add a larger food section to this store.

   Went into home bargains in Carrickfergus today for one item. As usual I came out with 10. . 30 sachets of new York coffee for £1.75. Couldn't resist it. Shop was filled to capacity, staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to a return visit soon. Stephen
