I go in here quite often, & everytime the staff look miserable - dont even say thank you or nothing. Make you feel rushed after you've bought your items, just stand there an stare at you putting your things away. Considering half the shops in Bangor are closing they should be more welcoming to customers, probably won't be long before they close down too!!
Not a very inclusive story distracted staff
I had sudden hearing loss called into Boots for ear test. I was terribly upset, the young girl saw me straight away gave me advice and recommended Earol, provided a letter to my Gp and booked a hearing test appointment. Very helpful and friendly
Handy for when you're downtown and need some essentials and also health products and meds. Always saving my points so at the end of the year I can treat myself to some nice perfume or make-up.

Hard to find what I was looking for,staff not all that helpful I couldn't believe the price for five razor blades £26 I wasn't long in legging it to less expensive boots generally I love my local boots but probably because I no where everything is there
Parking hard when you need to use aids to walk but don't have blue badge quite a walk no side door anymore still staff pleasant and I needed to get a prescription for a family member very handy as it was a sunday
Today Monday 6th May 2019. I encountered a very helpful and pleasant member of staff named Elaine. She worked in pharmacy. She helped me get my photos developed and choose appropriate albums for photos. Service was excellent. Thanks again Elaine. (Angel)
I went in to collect a prescription on Friday 2/11/18, the doctor surgery had messed it up and hadn't sent it to Boots. I needn't have worried, the young lady who served me was straight onto phone with them, had an emergency prescription sorted within ten minutes with no hassle. Great staff in general!
