   I recently went to Little Mama Health &Beauty for a massage, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music playing in the background. Jacinta was professional and attentive, focusing exactly on the areas that needed the most care. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed — I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

   I had a fabulous combi treatment with Jacinta to help me with sinus and chest congestion. She carried out lymphatic drainage, head massage and reflexology. I felt a huge improvement at the end of the treatment. Jacinta is an extremely professional holistic therapist. I would highly recommend her services.

   If anyone is looking for a massage therapist in Ards I highly recommend Jacinta from Little Mama Health & Beauty located at 1 Diary hall Lane in Blair Mayne Ards leisure centre. I booked in for a pregnancy massage before having my daughter and was highly impressed with the service I received that incorporated all parts of the body. I left her beauty room feeling so much lighter and pain free to when I went in,she consulted with me to make sure I was comfortable and given the right pressure throughout. I will definitely be using her services in the future as I find her to not only be incredible at what she does and her services are very reasonably priced. I believe she also does gift vouchers and offers other beauty services.
