   Been visiting the Deli for a long time since it was Subway. The past few weeks I have encountered the most ignorant member of staff. No manners cheeky rude to customers !!!! Today he shouted across to his Young female Colleague serve her !!!!! While he was busy giving off about the hot counter with chicken and sausages placed there during a recent refurb!! For weeks I have bit my tongue. From now on I will take my custom elsewhere !!! Absolutely shocking . He usually ignores customers until you have to ask to be served !!! Please and thank you are non existent !!¡ Avoid avoid avoid ++

   If anyone is looking food from the deli don't go here, unless you want bacon egg and sausage wrap because the staff in the deli pre make the wraps up with no way to make something of your own selection. I have asked for a bacon sandwich to be told there is no bacon.. like seriously a deli with no bacon to make a sandwich inside a shop that has a fridge full of it. I wouldn't mind but I work in the area very regularly and it's the same every time I go in. The wraps premade up so the staff don't need to make something you want so the deli guys sit and chat rather than do the job they are paid to do

   I have been a customer of this shop twice to three times a day for a number of years. The staff are so friendly and have always made me feel very welcome! I have been to many other shops in holywood and the welcome is pure shite! I stumbled across these bad reviews checking if they were open. Just felt it is only right to speak the truth.    Argumentive im assuming "manager" trying to confront my partner at pump. My partner complied with what he was saying but must've been having a bad day as he decided to keep mouthing off. Will sooner run out of fuel before I come back here. Rude.

   The toilets in such a new building are a disgrace. Disabled/child change toilet is out of action. The male/female had toilet paper all over the floor and a wet floor sign lying flat on the floor. Toilet paper holder empty and refills jammed between top of rusty radiator and the wall. Basin was dirty. Chunks out of the decor on the wall. Could do with a overhaul in this area. Store is generally well stocked for a busy store. *****Edit**** called here today 5/10/21 and pleased to report it looks like someone reads the reviews on here. Nice and clean and an effort to patch the wall lining that is coming away. ******Edit****** Over a year later from my last edit you want me to contact you relating to something that long ago...and this after me telling you an effort had been made to put the faults right. The mind boggles.

   Usual spar@all things to all men!subway counter,hot deli counter, sandwiches,drinks,two coffee machines confectionery, groceries, newspapers,magazines and of course petrol/diesel.Fuel car,fuel passengers get on the road!

   Got food at the hot counter and whilst I was eating it I found hairs in it, made me sick! Hygiene should be reviewed Took food back in and told the girl who served me, all I got was 'ok' no apology nothing! Would never eat out of there ever again and I would urge any customers buying food to check it before they eat.

   I visited this store like a lot of mornings heading to work. Limited numbers are counted into the store, I have to wear a mask, no problem! Today I had to walk through a cloud of vape smoke straight from the lungs of one of the staff right next to the entrance, he stood there generating more smoke blowing it by the entrance the whole time I was in the store and was still there when I drove off. Either lack of consideration, ignorance or pure stupidity by the staff member putting customers at risk at this time! Where are the management?
