   ‼️avoid at all costs‼️ Ordered some American dream hair extensions online on the 24th October and I’ve never had a worse experience with a company, the hair arrived and I had an appointment the next day to go and get it fitted by the same hair extensionist that has done my hair for the past 4-5 years! once the hair was fitted the extension started falling out just by gently brushing them, I made another appointment to get them refitted incase it was an application error and once again within 24 hours I had lost 50% of the extensions, I then contacted franklins support on the 18th November explaining the issue and was replied to by a lady called Catriona who was lovely to start off with and requested some photos of my experience…I then replied again on the 18th November with a photo and a video of what was happening only to be ignored and then followed up again the 22nd (again ignored) and then I had to contact yet again on the 3rd of December just advising it was almost a month since I contacted and I had had no response only to get the most rudest response back saying that it had “only been 16 days since I first got into contact” 16 days or not that is not acceptable customer service especially when a customer is having an issue with a product that you have sold to them. She then proceeded to tell me that it was user error (please bear in mind I have been wearing hair extensions for the past 4-5 years and I have only ever went to the same girl to have them fitted and this is the only brand of hair I have ever ever had an issue with) I have since responded to that email and have gotten no response back yet again :( highly disappointed in this company and would advise anyone to avoid as the customer service is really poor. I would also like to be contacted by a member of management to raise a complaint if this could be organised please :)

   Went in for toners, couldn’t see them asked a brown haired women where they where and she started with a clap of her hands “I’m not a hairdresser I can’t give you advice” I didn’t ask for advice I just couldn’t see the toners. Then when I said I just wanted to see where the toners where she clapped her hands again at me and sighed then showed me to the toners. Don’t really understand what her problem was. Girl who served me at till was lovely though.

   Horrible service, when buying alot of stuff and you want to exchange ( because it is not working) then they said it is open, they are impossible to exchange. And when are unwanted stuff, wanted to return, they said no refund and just take credit. The staff know nothing about what they are selling, if they are asked, they said they dont know, completely useless! Not recommend shopping here - Never again

   Great wee find with plenty of accessories to match your perfect occasion outfits. They even have some clothes in store. Very impressed with the selection. We were looking for a hair piece and the staff member was very helpful.
