   Called into Boots in Sprucefield Lisburn on advice on buying dairy free infant milk. My grandson had been crying, screaming, being sick after every feed and just a very sick baby. His mummy had a diary allergy at the same age so I was certain this was the case with him. Gp and health visitor were useless and just didn't want to knowing saying reflux, lactose intolerant, thicken his feeds up, even putting him on omeprazole. We decided enough was enough and were changing his milk. I got speaking to a lovely lady called Leigha. She listened to my concerns and advised which milk to try him on. Unfortunately they didn't have any left but I was able to go to another chemist in the town and get the milk she advised. Within a day we had a different baby. The crying, screaming, being sick has stopped! He is a different baby, even his wee face is different and he is now clearly without pain. I can't thank Leigha enough. She saved us that day as we just didn't know where to turn. She said to me on leaving, 'all the very best and let me know if it helps'. She didn't have to say that, but she did, she cared. She was the only one who listened and steered me in the right direction. We honestly can't thank her enough, she's amazing! Thank you Leigha, we have a very happy, content wee babby because of you!!!!

   It’s a good store, plenty of choice but when I went to the counter to pay and use my one 4 all voucher the staff member tried to tell me that you couldn’t use it in store? And another girl had tried earlier and she told her the same. This is wrong information, I’ve used one of these vouchers in store before and there is nothing on the website to say that you cannot use it in store. I think, more than likely, she could not be bothered to work out how to help customers use this voucher in store… so I was disappointed in the service I received today.

   Asked to speak to the pharmacist. Waited 20+ minutes as they were busy only to be told they couldn’t help as I’m immunocompromised, which is obviously completely fine, but had the phone been answered any of the three times I phoned before travelling there, it would have saved me the journey and waiting in the shop when I wasn’t well.

   Massive shop with all your health and beauty essentials. Also has a pharmacy at the back of the store. Lots of different make up brands, with each having their own section. Nice store with lots of choice.

   Booked in for a flu jab, arrived on time, waited 30 minutes over the allotted time. It became clear that there was one Pharmacist on working really hard to get prescriptions ready and administer flu jabs at the same time, when asked I was told it would be another 20 minutes at least. not good enough Boots, It’s not fair on your Pharmacist and not fair on people like me. I made a 16 mile round trip, a complete waste of my time. If you offer a timed appointment you should keep to it within reason.

   A very busy store but never had any issues on any of the occasions I’ve been in. Pharmacy staff are always very nice and helpful and it’s great to get texts about scripts being ready. Very wide selection of various products and staff are always helpful and knowledgable.
