   I've been using Vivo on an almost daily basis for several years now (ever since they reopened). There's a decent range of produce, prices are good and all the staff are friendly and pleasant. Living in Erinvale this been very handy as its only a few minutes away. I bought a packet of pitas from here about 3/4 days ago, and went to use them last night only to see them riddled with blue mold, even though the expiry date on the packet said 05 March 24. Not a problem I thought, I'll get them exchanged at the shop. I explained to the woman in the shop what had happened and showed her the moldy pitas and asked could I return them. I was a little surprised when she didn't say yes straight away, saying that there had been a similar problem today and that she would need to call the boss first. She phoned the boss and explained the situation whilst I was standing at the till. Midway through the conversation her boss has asked if I had a receipt, which caught I didn't. In the years I've been going to this Vivo, I've never been given a receipt and I haven't seen any other customers being given one. The woman hung up the phone and apologised saying that I couldn't return them as I didn't have a receipt. I told her she knows that receipts are never given out, which was acknowledged but still maintained she couldn't do anything. It's obviously nothing to do with her and she was very apologetic about it but her hands were tied. To say I'm surprised and annoyed is an understatement. The boss obviously doesn't care but I won't be returning again despite the inconvenience it will cause in the future. Hell of a way to treat a local regular customer.

   Not sure what i did to offend the woman working in this store but she was having the time of her life with the customer before me and proceeded to ignore me , throwing my items in a bag and then throwing the bag at the check out , i felt like i had offender her greatly from simply trying to purchase stuff in her store, like why

   New ownership of the previous Day Today located here. New stock ranges now in stock and many upgraded to the shop such as barista bar machine and new fridges. Now benefits from spar deals which means you don't have to go to the crossroads to get them. Very good new shop!
