    Vast B&M Store situated in Lisburn's prime Bow Street shopping area. Long aisles of household requirements including toys, food and electrical at very keen prices. Not unusual to see constant queues at the checkouts. Always especially busy during December as Christmas approaches. Parking in nearby Smithfield Square.

    Was in this store recently asked a member of staff for help not only was she rude but tuted because I asked for help, B & M your staff need training in customer service skills give zero stars if I could.

    This is a B&M store, so I wasn't expecting a magical experience. And it wasn't! The aisles were too close together, there were too many people especially in the initial food section, and check-out was poorly configured. But the shelves were well stacked, and there was plenty of choice. Prices were OK (hard to judge as with what do you compare ?). So, B&M Sprucefield gets a generous 2 stars, rounded up to 3 stars because of the easy parking.
