   I got my first tattoo yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for better. Even before going into the studio Natasha answered all my questions and queries as I was really nervous about getting the tattoo, I really had nothing to worry about and I’m absolutely in love with the tattoo. The tattoo artist was Andrew who was so chill and a really lovely guy. It didn’t matter if we were talking, laughing or I was half asleep, it was all really comfortable. My friends being there for support too helped big time & there was no bother with it. I’ve been to Natasha for 3 piercings, talked away and again I felt completely comfortable the whole time. It’s a great place & they’re fantastic at what they do. All the aftercare was discussed and I felt 100% at all times. Really decent people!

   Only giving 1 star as I can't give zero. Absolute shambles aftercare and customer service, no gratitude for loyalty and very unwilling to help with any kind of advice UNLESS paid extra, in advance!!! Got nose piercing done here, that bit was fine. Within two weeks my piercing fell out and having never put nose jewelry in before I really couldn't do it. Went back to Titanic piercings and asked for help and the staff completely REFUSED to show me how to do it, UNLESS I paid £15 in advance, which they told me they would take regardless of whether they were successful or not. My piercing had not closed over as I managed to get an earring into it as a temporary measure but again, they wouldn't even look at it or show me how to put it in unless I paid them £15. Being a week away from PayDay and having already spent £25 there two weeks before I couldn't afford that, and left disappointed. Went to Kapital Ink and not only were they happy to help, they also only charged £2!! If you want somewhere great, kind, helpful and welcoming, go to Kapital Ink, DO NOT go to Titanic!! Will never be back again.
