I have grown up with clairs and as I’ve gotten older I still love it! It’s perfect for spontaneous things to do like slime and always fun to poke around if I’m waiting for donuts!
Today we took our little girls to get their ears pierced, and we were surprised that we didn’t even need an appointment. The piercing was done in pleasant conditions, the shop assistants gave us their full attention and were kind and friendly to our girls as well. For us, it was a lovely experience at this store, and the girls hardly cried at all. A big thank you from us to the amazing team at this store.
I visited this store, the employees do not respect the customers, they do not focus their attention on what the customers want. I will never go to this store again and I do not recommend it to anyone!
I made an appointment at this shop to get my child's ears pierced. I arrived on time, but I had to wait 10 minutes. The employees are disrespectful to people who cannot speak English. They also treat customers very badly, they don't try to understand customers. They don't keep the appointment, customers have to wait. I will never go to this shop again and I will not recommend this shop to anyone I know. June 29, 16:16
It's my favourite place to go whenever I am in Belfast since I was very young. They sell a large amount of accessories, which is my main appeal. Recently, they've changed the layout of stores to mimic shops, which I like this type of organisation. However, they have seemed to bump up the prices of items throughout the past few years, but their deals (like their long-running 3-for-free offer) do stop this. Therefore, this is a great store.
The kids love it but it does seem overpriced for the quality on some items. Staff have been excellent and very friendly.
Staff are terrific. So friendly and helpful and know the store layout so well. Any item I asked about they could show me where it was .
Rude staff and very cheeky, was going to get a piercing but left and went to monsoon accessorize instead, would recommend it instead, also, in the past claires piercings have gotten infected even when thoroughly cleaned and the earrings are cheap quality for the prices they charge
Jam packed with everything a little girl might want (and big girls too sshhh). Great offers and always lovely staff offering to help.
My daughter had her ears pierced at this store. The staff here were amazing! Especially Meghan she really put my daughter at ease and really looked after her. Another member of the team was also very nice I didn’t get her name. I would highly recommend this store for having young children ear piercing. Thanks again girls !
