   We ordered to deliver to Alton Towers after a dance competition, we had £30 of food and drink that was not delivered and when queried we were told in no uncertain terms That we were lying and that nothing was going to be done about it contact just eat. Terrible customer service, will not be using again do not waste your money here. Food that was delivered was stone cold. Not impressed after using these for last 3 Years at this competition will never bother again. Don’t waste your money you will be disappointed.

   Disgraceful. Order wasn’t late but food arrived stone cold with £30 missing. When I called, the owner was unbelievably rude, dismissive and accused me of lying. No apology, no attempt to put it right, just told to go to Just Eat. I had 4 hungry, upset kids and was left furious. Appalling service, insulting attitude, zero accountability. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. This place doesn’t care about customers—avoid at all costs

   Mouldy pizza base, not the first time I’ve had this either! I mean how can you miss it? Two pizzas came like this, for this order. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it to a dog. Used to be such a good takeaway but no good anymore

   Ordered food through Just Eat. The app then said delivered 45 mins later and it had not been delivered. So contacted them and they off handly said we haven't made the order and were really busy, with a, "it will be as soon as we can" still waiting an hour and a half later and dont think its coming now. For a business that sells food an delivers, I'm a bit confused. But oh well they shall never receive another penny off of us ever again. Do not use Cheadle Kebab House.

   Both me and my partner have been terribly sick since eating from here. I ordered a steak kebab and the steak was mushy and my partner ordered a doner kebab and not long after eating complained of feeling poorly. Won't be ordering from here again

   Wow, I had a 3 pei e value box. The chicken was burned and had been there probably all night before they had sent it out to me. The Doner meat was the cheapest possible quality and the size of the whole meal was shocking for the price. Delivery was fast and prompt and arrived way before the time scale they had advised me. Sorry, Cheadle Kebab and Pizza house but it's a defo no from me. Buy better, fresher and a much higher quality of products and you'll be much busier and not just phoned cus you're open the latest when other takeaways are closed.

   I can't recommend this take away enough. I visited alton towers twice last month and ordered from here. Absolutely amazing. I have never tasted kebab meat like it. So full of flavour and great size portions. Kids ordered pizza and I tried that and was lovely. I'm not from the area and now I'm home it's totally ruined take aways for me as nothing compares to this. I get text messages with offers ( not sure how I signed up for that, maybe when I got a delivery) but its so gutting everytime I do knowing I'm 3 hours away and can't have one. Will definitely be back when I pass or next stay in the area.
