Standard fayre for Pizza hut - kids loved it and were happy and full. Not having to wait for food is a blessing with young children and they can get stuck in at the Salad bar. Shout out to Keir too who served us. Helpful, polite and quick service.
Food was sooo good, service was great and speedy. I was served by Keir and Ryan, and they were both lovely and helpful! Thank you so much, I’ll be visiting again soon.
5***** service today at Pizza Hut in Brighton Marina. Keir was our waiter and he was perfect. Polite, friendly and made sure we could get the booth that we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more from a waiter. He is a credit to your organisation. The food was hot, tasty and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Sizzler pizza that I had. Thanks for the great service and delicious food.

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed with the food and the place in general. The garlic bread was cold upon coming out, and the chips just didn't taste good... however, the only thing stopping me from leaving a 2 star review is the cheese filled bites or whatever they are called. I won't be coming back and furthermore in the men's toilet the cubicle door doesn't shut properly. Miserable place
Didn't receive part of our order, had to tell them 3 times and it still didn't come. In the end asked for refund for the pizza missing as we had all finished only to be told that as its all done via app now from the table they no longer carry cash. They could refund me if I give them my email... To be honest you couldn't even give me a pizza whilst I was there and asked 3 times, so I was very doubtful of leaving and expecting a refund still. So eventually got my pizza to takeaway and my little boy had to eat it in the bus...
Visit on Tuesday 7th March at lunch time and although just after midday found a good selection of Pizza for the buffet lunch and the salad bar topped up and fresh. Customer service was good and made welcome. The only downside is they serve freshly cooked pizza which is obviously hot and give you cold plates. If they had warm or hot plates to compliment the hot pizza . Then on this visit a 5 star award would be the compliment they deserved.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit on the previous occasion so we decided to return for dinner with my family. The staff member Peter had served us again and he made us feel welcomed and created a warm environment. He checked up on us as we were not sure on how to order a rectangle pizza for my kid so he walked us through it.
We booked a table just in case as the kids really wanted to go. Kids menu is good value for money with salad, side, pizza, ice cream and drink for £7.99. We also had the even bigger sharer for the rest of us. Ordered online from QR code on table. Only feedback would be we waited a while for the dessert to come.
Most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. The pizza was still a dough! The chicken they use frozen and still Ice cold. It smells like chicken hutch. Disgusting really. And the staff was like working by force! I tried to explain but obviously they dont care at all. Never again...
