The man who worked on the phone today lied, saying that the courier who arrived couldn't find me, even though I had been outside for 30-40 minutes. After that, he hung up without letting me say a word. Terrible service...
Nice food only two staff so couldn't talk to me so ordered online instead But very good pizza
Awful service. They forgot an item off my order and never did anything to resolve it. We called as the delivery driver said he’d come back and we were hung up on repeatedly. The manager was incredibly rude when I called the next day to tell them and said they’d send me a replacement which then never arrived.
Terrible. Was told over the phone to leave a positive review in order to get a free pizza through collection. I went to redeem this and was very quickly turned away and told they couldn’t do it and that I had to come back another day. Even though no specific date or time was specified over the phone and was told I could come down whenever.
I had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes for my order. I called them 5 times only to be met by an unnecessarily rude manager. The delivery driver so sweet and let me know that they refused to give him my order
