   Ordered a pizza delivery, pay £13, 10 mins later confirmation email comes through saying it will take 40/50 mins, an hour later I call, no answer, I call back 5 mins later, no answer, I send an email, call several more times and even use the "live chat" on their website (ai), I hear nothing at all, three hours after placing my order, I get an automated email saying my order was rejected? After they already sent an email to confirm acceptance, and took my money, definitely wouldn't bother.

   Ordered around 12.50, after my order didnt accept for half an hour i called them up to figure out if it had accepted or if i had to make other arrangements for food. As i called up i asked if my order had been accepted or declined and I was told that my order would be refunded if it was rejected, I then asked if it had been rejected to have the person on the phone repeat himself before hanging up. horrendous customer service.

   Walked in and tried to order one night and the guy didn’t understand a word of what I was saying so had to leave. Went back and was ok pizza but wouldn’t bother again

   if they did a vegan/no dairy pizza i'd come here all the time! pizza was late and tried calling and it didn't go through, however when arrived food was piping hot and was just what i needed to nurse a hangover !

   This pizza gets the Alex vote of approval, but I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him. Thin crust is decent though! Go for the carribean tuna, you won't regret it.

   I’ve been waiting to hear back from Just Eat who said they’d refund me for the awful service and quality of food for over a month now. I’ve got photos of the food which went straight in the bin because it was cold, hard and disgusting after originally being delivered someone else’s order and phoning them to be repeatedly told “do not touch the food” and hear the driver being phoned in the background and shouted at for his mix up. So many problems here, hygiene being a main one! But where is my refund, Just Eat?
