Part of the order was missing. I agreed with the delivery driver to phone the store. The guy working there (manager?) said not to worry, a driver was coming to pick up the missing part for me + he'd throw in something extra to make up for it. Nothing ever came, the worker/manager was most likely making it up to get rid of the customer (me).
No complaints at all! Felt like it arrived a split second after we ordered. A branch that always does the job well. After the friendly driver arrived, our hungry stomach were delighted at the sight and smell. Side note… if you like cheese, this is the dominoes for you! Enjoy!
**Domino’s Pizza – Beyond Awful, Staff With No Respect** This place is an absolute disgrace to the Domino’s name. The staff here clearly have no idea what customer service even means. When I called about my order being late, they spoke to me in a downright rude and condescending tone, as if they were doing me a favour by taking my money. Not one ounce of politeness, just pure attitude and laziness. Then the delivery driver showed up and flat-out refused to come to my door. He actually told me to “come get it yourself” and sat in his car with the pizzas. What on earth is the point of delivery if the driver won’t even deliver to your door? When I complained, the person on the phone started arguing with me instead of solving the problem. No apology, no refund, no care whatsoever. It’s like dealing with a bunch of teenagers who hate their jobs and take it out on paying customers. The whole experience was pathetic from start to finish. I’d honestly rather go hungry than ever order from this branch again. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.
Domino’s Pizza – Utter Disaster of an Experience I’ve honestly never dealt with customer service this bad in my life. The staff at this Domino’s were unbelievably rude from the moment I called to ask where my order was. Instead of helping, they spoke to me like I was bothering them. To make things worse, the delivery driver outright refused to bring the food to my door, telling me to “come outside if you want it” even though I’d paid for delivery. I live in a block of flats, not a fortress — there was no reason he couldn’t deliver it properly. When I called back to complain, the person on the phone couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no refund, no accountability. The pizza was cold by the time I got downstairs, and the boxes looked like they’d been kicked around in the car. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic manners and warm food, but apparently even that’s too much to ask. Avoid this branch at all costs. They clearly don’t care about customers, quality, or doing their jobs right.
Delivery for pepperoni passion. 50 minutes. Lukewarm pizza. I wasn't impressed or even content with what I got. Disappointing for the price. I'd recommend betting on another option. Good toppings.
Atrocious service. One of our sides was missing and a slice had been eaten out of our pizza. When speaking with the store to complain, I was left holding on for ages hearing the staff swearing about us in the background and then was hung up on. Will never use them again and advise anyone else from doing the same.
Terrible customer service - avoid this dominos. On entry I've been treated like a liability, and had to look as the employees fight amongst themselves about who will take the order. Eventually a man with a sour face came up to take the order, got frustrated when I asked if one of the offers is available, and appeared angry the entire time I was ordering. As soon as he keyed in the items he left and forced another colleague to take the payment, ran off asking his colleagues to clock him out after 10pm, it was 9:20... If you think delivery is dreadful, I wouldn't recommend stepping a foot in there in person, management should really focus on hiring better people.
Ordered for delivery and naturally in a Friday night took a little while. The app had suggested that the pizza was in transit for a good 20 minutes but living 10 minute walk seemed excessive. When arrived the whole thing was barely Luke warm and they were missing potato wedges. When I called I was flat out told that the combo wasn’t ordered didn’t come with wedges. Which didn’t make sense when ordering a combo… as just one item is not a combination. Anyway after being told that I asked them to check the menu as the guy on the phone said he had never had one and didn’t k ow. They then agreed it should have wedges. Told it was in the way but never arrived the whole evening. No check back, no apology just ignored after that. Bad customer service here. Best to use papa johns. More reliable for
Diabolical customer service - I don't normally write reviews, but this was pretty bad. I ordered vegan food, they then send non-vegan food. My drink didn't come with it either. I call to complain (in a very friendly and genuine manner, I'm no Karen), they then hang up on me. I call again, then the woman on the phone offered no apology and was insanely rude. Luckily they did refund the order... But how can you serve someone the wrong food, potentially giving them something they're allergic to, and not apologise? Informing customers on the allergens in what you sell is one of the most important things in the food industry. Dominos is usually great, so quite surprised at this :(
Pizza showing as delivered on Dominoes app. Haven't received food. Called to ask what was happening, told I hadn't ordered and wait it's coming. Useless. Edit food arrived after an hour and twenty minutes. Boxes crushed, food cold. Abysmal customer service. Thanks, won't be ordering again soon.
