To the restaurant management, I would like to report an issue with the staff member responsible for handing out the orders. We visited the Pizza Express on Jubilee Street in Brighton on 14 Nov, and the experience was exceptional. When we arrived, my daughter was feeling overwhelmed and close to an autistic meltdown. Thomas was absolutely amazing, he immediately seated us in a quieter area away from the noise and activity and brought us water, which helped so much. We were then served by Megan, who was equally kind, patient, and helpful. The customer service from both of them was outstanding, the food was great, and we truly appreciated the compassion and understanding shown. Highly recommended.
Had a lovely visit here, there were plenty of tables available and we got to choose where to sit. The welcome was friendly, the menu was great, the service was attentive and not crowding. The whole place was lovely clean and tidy and the food was served quickly and tasted fabulous!...
We have dined at the central location for 10 years, we don't go as often, but I will say this, each time we do , the staff are great, from the person who greets you at the door, the people who wait the tables, right down to the chefs. All very professional and friendly, some have been there working since we started coming, they used to have a pizza called 4 Season's on the menu and took it off, the waiter told me they have the ingredients and would be more than happy to make the pizza for me. The service was impeccable and the pizza was the best, like it is each time we go. I want to thank Pete, the chef, he's made our pizzas for years, no one makes them better.. S. Smith
Food wise it's your standard high street pizza. Nothing remarkable. Felt it was let down by the service. I got the feeling I was bothering the wait staff with my existence in their nice quiet restraint and felt is was being sneered at by our waiter during every interaction. Could be one bad apple spoiling the whole batch but was definitely put off going back again any time soon.
Went there for a late lunch/early dinner with my 2 children 6&8. The kids menu is really good and catered to even the pickiest of them. They loved the dough balls and healthy organic desserts (frozen mango yoghurt). The normal/adult menu is fantastic as well. The staff were quick and friendly.
Fairly cheap and cheerful Italian place. What's not to like? It's decent food, but I find the menu a bit lack luster. There isn't much choice but if you want a pizza or pasta it's great. Good deals usually also! Please try of seats and fairly fast service
