Worst pizza I've ever had. I popped in on my walk home from work as was feeling peckish. I ordered the pepperoni pizza. The base was not fresh dough but instead some cheap bread base that was rock hard and tasted stale. I took 1 bite and threw the rest of the pizza on the bin. Save your money and go to any other near by pizza place instead.

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE!!! Do not order from here! We ordered a couple pizzas and some sides. we called before placing the order to ensure they're okay with us changing a couple toppings, they said no problem at all just put it in the customer notes, so we did that. Once the pizzas arrived they were completely wrong, from the base to the toppings. I called back to request them remake the order and bring us the right one. They guy on the other end was apologetic and said they're busy. I told him it's no problem at all and that we're happy to wait a little longer for the right order. He then asked if we're willing to accept the wrong order as is and get a discount on our next order. I told him that the toppings aren't things we like so we'd rather wait for the order to be remade. His attitude suddenly flipped and he started shouting at me down the phone saying they're busy and it's my fault the pizza is wrong because I made changes (which he said earlier wasn't a problem). He continued shouting and calling me stupid, not letting me get a word in then hung up. I called back and someone else picked up, I told him I no longer want my order remade, they can come pick up their food and give me a full refund. The guy apologised and said it was a driver on the phone and that he shouldn't have been talking to customers. He told me the refund will be processed in 24 hours. It has been a week and I have no refund. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me I need to call customer service for a refund, I asked why I was told I was already given one and made to wait a week to which he said 'I'm not here to argue, I can't give you a refund, the guy was a driver who doesn't know what he's talking about'. I was annoyed that I was made to wait so said I can come down to the shop and get the refund in cash if easier to which he shouted 'come down to the shop then', insinuating we will fight, then hung up. Food was wrong, cold, greasy - nasty as a whole. 0 STAR Don't have drivers on the phone if they don't know basic customer service.
TERRIBLE TAKEAWAY DONT ORDER! Terrible abusive staff members, awful food, horrible treatment of customers and lies. They got my order completely wrong, food was greasy and disgusting. Inedible. I called for a refund and the guy on the phone was very aggressive and rude and hung up on me. He blamed me for the order being wrong and said that the people making the food and taking orders are delivery drivers. He began screaming at me. They still haven’t refunded me. The guy was very disrespectful and threatening on the phone. Very unhygienic as they let drivers behind the counter to make food and take orders. This restaurant needs to be investigated and closed. I will be reporting them. The manager was just as aggressive and rude and not helpful. He was threatening on the phone and again refused to sort the issue. He was verbally abusive. They will take your money, give you the wrong order and disgusting food. They ignore you and dismiss you saying they’re busy and don’t care when you call for your refund, they will then verbally abuse you. Not clean, they allow delivery drivers to mingle in your food and order. They steal your money. DONT ORDER.
Ordered a pizza with chicken, stuffed crust and mushrooms. The pizza arrived without chicken, stuffed crust and mushrooms. I completed to just-eat and they said I can't get any refund as I paid cash, I emailed to pizza gogo and they said to call the restaurant for a refund. I called the restaurant and they said they'll call me back after 20 minutes. They didn't call me back so called them back after an hour, I said I'd like a new pizza and ordered the pizza again - waited for an hour to get my order and called back to the restaurant when they told me they will not send me any new pizza bit they will offer me stuffed crust for free on my next order. So disappointed, this used to be my favourite restaurant.

I've used them a few times. Never had a bad pizza. I ask for a twist on the American Hot by having BBQ instead of tomato base.
It's late at night and you've had a couple of drinks. Definitely the place to go. If possible pick up as it's much cheaper. Prompt and good value.
Tried a tiny pizza, loved it, will he back for a feast soon! Really clean place, friendly people.
EDIT: I gave them another go, as they were kind enough to respond to the review with good customer service. Have to say, the cheese patvhing was not an issue this time around and they earned their 5 stars. Very good small sized pizzas with plenty of cheese when they put it on. Arrival time a lot earlier than expected which is good. However, there were a couple of slices of pizza with patches of cheese missing. Not a total catastrophe but perhaps something to be aware of when purchasing from here.
