My friend and I went for a meal last night and was served by Olivia who was very sweet, polite and efficient. Our meal was served quickly and was lovely as usual. The atmosphere was very nice as well. We enjoy going to this branch very much.

We had our reservations about going to Pizza Express as we hadn't gone for a while- this was our first visit to the St neots branch and it was a wonderful experience. There was a little waiting time for our booking but wasn't a big deal. The restaurant was lively and busy but you couldn't read any stress off of the staff. They all handled it really well and were consistently courteous and friendly. We were happy with our seating and learned how effective having the Pizza Express app was during our booking. You can add vouchers directly to the bill via the app to lighten the load on staff. The food was quality and delicious from beginning to end. I highly recommend the cola glazed ham hock and goats cheese Pizza and snowball dough balls with cute chocolate gingerbread men decorating it! It was a refreshing night out for both of us and we'd definitely come back. Big compliments to the waitress who served us on table 60 for the 6:15 booking - she was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us get the best value out of the menu.
I went out for dinner with a couple of friends and I am pleased to say that our experiences were absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the service was fantastic, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us! You also get to watch the pizzas and desserts being made and served to us which is great fun! It is a place that we will come back to again. Thank you so much to the staff for their amazing hospitality!
The food was very good! First ever time going there. Shall go again. Food was very delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Good service. Not far to walk especially if you live in st Neots. Recommended. American pizza. Cappuccino. Very nice coffee. Overall good experience.
We've lived in the area for coming up to 2 years now and visited this branch many times. The service has always been excellent and the food continues to be of good quality and great value for money. We've also been visiting Pizza Express for coming up to 40 years (!) across all its branches and this is definitely one of the best.
It was a last minute decision to eat here, we were a family party of 10. They were very accommodating, the waiter was friendly. My grandson was celebrating his 10th birthday, they brought him out a dessert with candles which was a lovely touch. The pizzas were excellent and it was very good value, we will definitely be going back.
Me and my wife and daughter who is 2years old really had a good time and the lady who name is ALICE looked after us make sure we were comfortable and everything was OK with us.
Went for my daughters 10th birthday, staff were so good with her and her younger brother. They went to watch the pizzas being made and the chefs were so welcoming and really informative, they then let them make their own pizzas and the waitress put a candle in her desert and sung happy birthday. They made her evening and we were very grateful, thank you! Food was delicious too!
Had such a lovely experience here! Best pizza express I have been too due to the lovely and warming nature of the staff. Brilliant and fast service and will definitely come back regularly. Our kids loved the colouring too!
