   Mariola and Connor are a credit to this branch of domino's. We thought we'd ordered delivery and after waiting until just before closing realised we'd ordered collection. Mariola was very understanding and arranged delivery and Connor delivered at 11pm with a massive smile on his face even though it was probably his last drop off on a Saturday night. Thank you so much!!!

   Ordered the pepperoni passion and took home what's seen in the pic. All of the pepperoni was bunched towards the top instead of throughout the pizza. Made for very greasy last bites. Would've preferred for the pepperoni to be more evenly distributed among the pizza, as described in the menu, but that's what you get with the big chains these days. The staff was nice, but clearly don't care about doing the job they applied for to the standard it should be upheld to.

   Treated like something they just stood in. Ordered on the app, it took my money.. Told me to call the store, couldn’t get through, so went down there. Told by rude lady that it hadn’t gone through and I would get a refund. Tried to order in the store, and told it would be more expensive because I wasn’t ordering on the app!! Tried to explain that I don’t want to keep paying money and it not go through, but I must have been talking a language they didn’t understand, as they just walked away.

   Appalling - take £41.50 out of your bank account and then deny all knowledge of your order! Then they tell you they are sitting on your refund for 48 hours! And the £41.50 is for 2 pizzas and 2 sides and that’s after you have applied the desk wizard! Won’t be using St Neots Dominoes again

   Ordered this evening with an eta of approx 1hr for delivery. 1hr later and the tracker is still showing as ‘preparing’. I rang the store who advised they were very busy and it would be at least another hour plus but couldn’t be any more specific. 2hrs + for one pizza?! The staff seemed surprised that I didn’t want to change my order to collection and that I instead wanted to cancel it. It’s pretty simple, if you’re too busy to fulfil it then don’t accept the order. I’ll be checking back to make sure my money is refunded and won’t be ordering again.

   I always find my experience here a bit sporadic. I ordered a few weeks back and it was great; pizza tasted good, arrived quickly etc. However, tonight I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizzas and there was way too much sauce on the pizza, i.e. the taste of tomatoes was overpowering and the stuffed crust wasn't in any way, shape or form, stuffed. It was hard to find the filling. However, I had to call up to amend the order and the member of staff I spoke to was great. All in all a very mixed bag. Next time I'm giving Pizza Hut next door the chance to impress.
