   We ordered at 4.18, didn't arrive until 5.20. After a few phone calls and us about to cancel the order the delivery guy showed up apologetic, saying he had 4 orders prior to ours and one he had to walk to which took 10 minutes. Our pizzas were hot so we accepted them and overall we are happy with our order. We did find out they have partnered with uber though. If you don't want uber to take your order you have to phone the store and make that request.

   Really bad service and attitude. Not what you expect when spending good money on a pizza. Lied to by staff. I had received a notification saying it had been delivered after 40 mins of ordering, but it hadn’t arrived. The 3rd call I was just left hanging on the phone after asking to speak to the Manager. I could hear people talking in the background and was left hanging for 10 mins. Pizza arrived while holding so they had obviously done that on purpose waiting until my pizza arrived. I hung up really annoyed. The pizza was stone cold when it finally arrived. Loyal customer lost after this being the 3rd bad experience with this branch.

   *EDITED: We’ve used this place for a long time. The pizza has always been good but the service over the last few months has gone so down hill. * >>Today was the first time the pizza wasn't good!! It wasn't barely cut so was a real struggle to take just one piece at a time and the center was 'claggy' as if it wasn't cooked properly and/or rushed. The problem now is, if both the food and the service has gone so far downhill, do we now find ourselves a different pizza place? :-(

   Papa John's in Corby exceeded all expectations! The food was simply amazing – fresh, flavorful, and delivered right on time. What truly sets this store apart is its incredibly friendly staff. From taking my order to ensuring everything was perfect, their customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

   The most horrible experience I ever had.All i wanted is to cancel my order , as waited for it 1h and 10 minutes. And All I’ve got is a rude staff member from Corby, who was making a decision on my behalf, putting phone down and advised me go to Dominos!!! I would highly recommend to everyone to avoid this company! Still waiting for my refund. Had no confirmation about cancellation at all.

   Another great pizza order from here tonight quickly delivered and made to order cheers team So this is an update to my great review sadly I’ve just been scammed by a link to the online order system which offers you cash refunds on your order but does not tell you that you get charged £15 each month I don’t know it Papa Johns are connected but the deal only happens once your order is paid for - I will be reluctant to use the online system again Hopefully you will look into this there are a lot of people online who have been scammed by this company

   First time having a Papa John's and was not disappointed. I placed online and when I arrived the shop was busy but staff was so polite and kept me updated. I really enjoyed my pizza and garlic bread with cheese :)! Will deffo to be going back. Thank you x

   The manager is very rude and arrogant. We got no chicken on pizza "chicken club". Instead of taking the present and bring the right pizzas in accordance with the order, the manager started shouting at us and told us that we were blind. I do not recommend this place.
