No one picks up the phone - it's very frustrating. All the apps tell you to phone the shop if you have allergies, but no one ever answers so I can't order.
This is the second time in a row that i've recieved my order with the tomato base when I selected bbq base. Tells me my food has been delivered well before it even arrives. Luckily I don't hate tomatoes but what if I had an allergy? Ridiculous
This place is definitely my pizza place to go at the moment. Always order on the app and collect and never have to wait too long. Can always grab a good deal on the app. Pizza is always pretty dam good.
Firstly I ordered pizza for later delivery, between 4.15 and 4.30pm. I called at 4.40 after 4 attempts a Indian chap picked up. He said they only have one driver and pizzas are going to be collected by the driver in 1 minute. 15 mins later I called back because they still didn't deliver the pizzas. He then said Ill cancel the delivery and if I was to call back the next day after 4pm and I speak to the manager he will try to refund your money, I agreed. 5 mins after the delivery guy came and dropped off the pizzas. I personally would have sent them back but I wasn't there at the time and my wife took the orders. She complained to the driver but he wasn't apologetic. She went to open the pizzas and they. Looked DISGUSTING. GREASY, UNDERCOOKED AND WARM! Even the halloumi sticks tasted stale. Later my wife got a call from the and some other guy gave her the customer complaints email so she could complain. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had the displeasure of ANY pizza company let alone Pizza But. I mean we ended up throwing away the disgusting pizzas in the end. I would like to be reimbursed fully and I definitely will never be getting any pizzas from London Road, Bedford ever again. Absolute charlatans.
It's not a place to dine in, but for £9 for their largest pizza, the deep pan being crunchy outside and soft inside, the thin pizza's crust being covered with garlic powder and herbs, there's really nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend
LONDON ROAD, BEDFORD PIZZA HUT - AVOID - Their DELIVERY DRIVERS are EXTREMELY RUDE whereby they throw a STROP for having to wait 10 seconds while you come to the door and then YANK the food at you - the driver today was the worst I have come across. On other occasions they are VERY LATE and walk around looking for a simple address off a main road until your food gets COLD. Overall AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE because they cannot be bothered to answer the phone and when they do they have a STINKY ATTITUDE YOU CAN SMELL ALL THE WAY FROM LONDON ROAD TO YOUR DOORSTEP. Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars although I would give them minus 10 if I could. This branch is completely ruining the brand. Absolute jokers!
Prompt delivery and good service, but the food was barely even average. Their pizza is on par with what you get in a kebab house. Both Dominos and Papa Johns are much better. Avoid.
Does this look like a Pizza to you?! The bit part is me, trying to taste this burned down piece of cardboard! £1 or 40 doesn't matter, wasted money AND delayed driver. Thank you Pizza Hut
