I had the loveliest time dining in this evening. Samanta was our waitress, and she was absolutely wonderful — so kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet. She created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely evening
Service what service?!. My partner booked a table for 7pm and not one member of staff acknowledged us, (we stood for about 15 mins). I understand it was busy due to it being a Friday night but still, no sorry we are busy we will be with you in a minute, even though members of staff looked at us and could see we were waiting! Anyway we ended up leaving and went to an independent Italian restaurant across the road instead!.
We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Service was perfect and food was good as always. They really made an effort with her birthday brownies with the plate beautifully decorated.
Absolutely fabulous. Nice restaurant, excellent service, lovely food. Food arrived quickly and tasted great. Our server was Aysh was 1st class. She suggested dishes and offers that we may be interested in. She was extremely professional and courteous to us, the best I've experienced in any restaurant. Overall it was great and I'm sure we will be back again soon.
We had a great evening here, the staff were all very polite and friendly, the food was very tasty and it was a great atmosphere too. We haven't eaten here in years so thought we would try it out again. We will definitely be going back again in the future.
Great freshly cooked food with nice atmosphere. We've visited this Pizza Express several times now and would put it in our top 5 for restaurants to visit in Bedford. The pizza is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful (for me with any restaurant it is the effort the staff put in that makes the difference). The Pizza Express app works well, it rewards loyalty with complimentary food and drink the more you go, I also like the fact you can check and pay your bill from the app so no waiting around to pay when the place is busy but importantly we go there because we like the food and the atmosphere.
Food was amazing. Can not fault it one bit. Service was excellent. Will definitely be going again soon.
