   3rd time I’ve had an issue here this time my burger and chips were cold and the burger buns were burnt was waiting for approximately 20 minutes and that is the food I got I am sick at the moment and have no energy to go back to the store and wait for another one to be made (even if I live on Prebend Street) I needed to take medication so I just ate what I received so I could take my medication and rest…. I’ve been going here since it was remodelled and reopened I am not happy THE ONLY GOOD THING I RECEIVED WAS MY PIZZA

   I had the pleasure of trying some food from Roman’s Pizza, and it was delicious! The food was yummy — especially the Dubai pistachio cake, which I absolutely loved. So tasty, rich, and wonderfully chocolaty! This was my first visit to this place, but definitely not the last. Thank you for creating such an amazing atmosphere — it was the best part of the experience for me. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I also loved the beautiful decoration of the restaurant. Highly recommend! Come and check it out for yourself — you won’t regret it!

   Very delicious pizza. Topping was top class. Its good to have a really good pizza place in Bedford. Ice cream were also very tasty. I will recommend Romans Pizza to anyone who wants to have a great meal. Very clean environment and friendly staff.

   Pizza Didnt taste great, the photos on Deliveroo are misleading, its not posh pizza its pretty cheap tasting and looking. Also half hour over hour delivery time. When i called they were very polite, and the chips were good but i would save your money and opt for a Papa Johns instead :(

   Absolute shambles Save yourself the hassle messed up the toppings and when we call to tell them the missing toppings he simply hung up twice and the third time said come to the shop I’ll give you just the toppings then hung up. An absolute disgrace and not even worth my time. We were left with 2 warm overdone dry pizzas that we didn’t order. Never come across such disgraceful service no idea how you run a business like this speaking In such a rude hostile manner over the phone. Honestly not worth the hassle go literally anywhere else. Wish you guys the best but I honestly don’t know why you would deal a simple issue in this manner.
