Ordered pizza collection online. On the arrival the guy apologised for making wrong pizza so waited another 15 minutes to get the right one done. Eventually got away with 2 pizzas for the price of 1! They gave me the wrong one as a sign of apology, so cannot fault them. That was a good piece of management and making client satisfied on the spot.
The food was late, the food was cold and dried up. The pizza had no flavour, hardly any cheese / tomato on it. The side were cold and dry. We tried to raise the issue with the customer service team. Who issue a less than 50% goodwill voucher. Refusing to understand our point of view. We ended having to make our own dinner. No refund or voucher of full cost provided.
Disgusting customer service. We ordered two pizzas and only one was correct. When we called to ask for a replacement they said it would be delivered. After an hour we called to chase up our order and spoke to an extremely rude member of staff who refused to replace our order as the kitchen was closed and claimed that we had collected it. He hung up the phone every time we asked for a refund or replacement
Not giving the review for quality of products or offers. Tried to change one of the pizza's from my order as per advice to call . No answer and hang up from the other side. Unable to contact in any other way. If you don't have the option to change anything from yoyr order at least to be informed. Otherwise why anyone should waste time on a call with no answer?
Awful service, DO NOT USE! Placed an order over £120 at 10am for 1pm, turned up over an hour late and 5 pizza's missing. Tried more than 30 times to contact the Hut with no one ever answering the phone. Complained to Pizza Hut customer services and they emailed me 3 times in the space of a week to say they'd not been able to get hold of the Hut either. Still not received a refund a week later!
Don't order from here. Just don't even bother. Read the reviews, it's all true. Terrible customer service and disgustingly long wait times. Pizza is usually cold, something is usually missing and you never see a refund and their complimentary item they give you is one small pathetic 30ml pot of what they like to call ice cream. Order your pizza from some random pizza joint in Japan and it will come quicker.
