I ordered from JustEat. They didn't deliver the food and they said they don't deliver to my neighbour when I called them. I wait starving for mor than 2 hours!!! IF YOU'RE NOT DELIVERING DO NOT TAKE ORDERS!!
Oh wow!! I rarely complain about anything. Ordered pizza and chips from TGF (for the first and last time) via Just Eat. Estimated time was going to be an hour. I checked on Just Eat to see the progress of my order but saw a message saying my order has been cancelled. I rang TGF and was told there are no drivers, I explained I have waited an hour but he put the phone down on me. If I'd received the message earlier it wouldn't had bothered me but to post the cancellation on the Just Eat app at the time the pizza should had arrived is terrible. I have a very upset 9 year old now. Thanks TGF Kempston.
Food never turned up despite being told it had been delivered. No response from restaurant on messages or to phone calls or voicemail and no refund either
The best!!! Seriously, I don't ever waste time on negative reviews, I just never go back. I can honestly say that you can keep your dominoes or whoever else it is, these guys ALWAYS deliver the best tasting, HOT, topping loaded pizza's. They are so consistently good that it does make me wonder - what has motivated others to give bad reviews - are they competitors?
How rude! Ordered multiple times before via just eat and had deliveries. Tonight I tried ordering they accepted then cancelled. Tried again the same happens. They then ring me directly saying they cancelled as my order is too small for just eat with delivery even though I’ve met the minimum spend applied by just eat!? They said I can pay over the phone or cash. When I queried this they hung up on me! When just eat apply a delivery fee and service charge this is disgusting behaviour and service. Trying to con your repeat customer.
We have food here at least once a month. Good food and great service and price. Delivery is very good and parking not far away
This is second time I have the same issue with them. I'm not gonna order any more. The box has a very strong smell of damp so as pizza. That's embarrassing in my opinion.
Ordered online and 1 hour 15 mins later get told order cancelled as we don’t supply your area 5 miles away. Spoke to the site and told call back to speak to a manager. The rudest place so avoid.
Regular customer but this was the last time i order from TGF Pizza , Ordered Food for delivery 1 hour later they arrived 30 minutes later just as i was getting out the shower. Person made excuses they was busy and didn't see the note i had left even though it was typed in the message box in Capital Letters with his limited vocabulary he was not apologetic and to my annoyance the food was not the standard Burnt Burger and limp soggy chips. Got my money back
We can't fault the service ( they're usually earlier than quoted ) The staff are polite, and courteous. The food is always properly cooked, and well-presented. We especially love their pizza, and chicken strips. Their salads are works of art. We highly recommend them.
