   Awful dessert looks nothing like the pictures advertised. I ordered a cookie dough and it was just a normally cookie put in the microwave but just smothered with syrup.thw Dubai chocolate waffle I ordered was just a normal toaster waffle but hard as a brick so couldn't eat it at all . They happily take your money for rubbish food and even when I rang them up to complain about my order they said they would bring more items out but fresh and I never received it .don't waste your money it's a complete rip off never ordering from here again

   Ordered jalapeño n cheese crust, no jalapeño. Ordered bbq chicken and the chicken was just plain chicken dipped in bbq sauce, orderd cookie dough got 3 microwaved cookies obviously from a packed with chewy Maltesers should have been biscoff. Poor just poor

   It's a real shame honestly we love the food so much but having to wait 2 and a half hours when we spent £60 just for them to close the order and deliver it to a different address! We are very fed up and frustrated so we won't be ordering from them again.

   The curly fries were under cooked and soggy! The chicken burger had black unfresh lettuce inside of it! It was also missing the added paid for cheese! For the price you pay youd atleast expect decent chicken but its processed and nasty tasting! The ice creams were melted and the cookie dough deserts were cold! All went in the bin! Will never order again from here and will never reccommend this place to anyone! The fat pizza ampthill road Bedford! On deliver roo and just eat its called Fat Burger and dessert! DO NOT ORDER!!!!

   Had been ordering from here for the past 2 years, recently the driver service is awful, first he refused to come to my door to deliver my order. Kept ringing my flat buzzer and didnt even come up and even marked it as delivered before making contact with me, I complained to the manager and finally got it delivered (after the driver called me a liar for calling his boss and stating my food wasnt ordered the and driver never came to my door). I attempted to order from this place again a week later, the same driver came and claims policy has changed so no longer can bring me my food to the door, contradicting what the manager had explained the week before. I used to love this place but no longer have any faith in the final service. Whilst this driver is working here I would avoid at all costs.

   Paid £23 for a pepporni pizza and a milkshake. Waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for the pizza to arrive stone cold and the milkshake was room temperature. Phoned to explain that i wasn't happy. They offered me new order to be sent out, but couldn't offer any idea of time or how long I'd be waiting . Won't be ordering again. Just my personal and only experience with this takeaway.

   Ordered from here, took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. The burgers were cold, the cheesy curly fries were hard, cold and a lump of cold cheese in the middle. The quality of the burgers were poor, not very gourmet as they say they are. All in all, will never buy from here again.

   Fresh juicy burger and delicate pizza with the perfect crunch with every bite. Was an accidental finding but next ting I knew I'm a returning customer. Definetly worth such juicy price to get a very classy flavoured food.

   Worst gluten free pizza I have ever set my eyes on. Have a look at the pictures and see for yourself. Also ordered a large 19inch paneer pizza with chicken on half. Overall there was around 6 prices of paneer on the whole 19INCH pizza! Offered a credit note for the large pizza and another delivery of the gluten free pizza. When the replacement arrived it was a plain brown tortilla with a tiny blob of tomato sauce and dry cheese. £10 for that? Overall shocked and won't be using my credit in a rush. Also no direct number you go through to a call centre handling around 60 small businesses. They have now blocked me on Instagram after I tried to contact them directly. All I want is my money back which is not much to ask after this ordeal!
