Took over 1 hour and a half to receive order. They got the order wrong . Absolutely LIVID The customer service person was extremely rude and the delivery driver needs an attitude adjustment. DO NOT order through them
Doner kebab no flavour all you can taste is salt , asked for large kebab honestly disappointed with quantity given it was a normal kebab in a bigger box over priced at £8.50 for the quantity and quality overall degusting like eatting salt
Kebabs cooked very well 10/10. Puzzas are fresh and comes with buy one get one deal. Reasonable prices ans friendly staff.
We ordered a chicken burger with chips plus a small doner kebab at 18.45! I phoned them at 19.45 to ask when delivery would be? The bloke said 15 minutes and hung up, well I have never felt so angry, if you are in the catering business you really shouldn’t be putting the phone down, you should be apologising profusely and asking if you’d like money off? I have now just phoned again to be told it’s two minutes away……still not here!!!!! Pizza plus always used to be really good but I won’t be using them again until they sort themselves out!!!! I don’t think they can actually be bothered to give good customer service anymore which is such a shame!!!! Hopefully they’ll sort themselves out soon????
Good pizza! The hotdog stuffed crust is awesome! Good friendly staff Never had any issues with the food or service. Have had pizza sizes upgraded for free when the small size base wasn't available The regular customer scheme is a great idea! We order directly on their website as they give 10% discount on online orders. 100% credit to the staff and owners.
Shocking, absolutely shocking service, ordered for delivery through their website it Stated 45 mins for delivery, actually took 1 hour 12 minutes to come and it was cold by the time it got here. "No problem, no problem " i was told on the phone. yes mate big problems, where's my flipping food?? Don't waste your time ordering from pizzaplus
PIZZA PLUS TILL I DIE. Don't believe the bad reviews you read here. They are, in the words of Donald Trump, FAKE NEWS. I have been using these guys for about three years for pizzas now, and won't go anywhere else. Far better than Dominoes, and about half the price. The pizzas always taste brilliant and are cooked just right. Lots of toppings, lots of cheese, lots of flavor. These guys are the real deal. The staff always seem grateful for your custom, as well. I may actually make Pizza Plus my religion.
First time I ordered was amazing. From then on cold and taste less keep trying again as there closest and they would my business. Never again waited over a hour spent over twenty for cold soggy food. And I'm not even a 3 min drive . I'll just stick with KEBAB EXPRESS . always quick tasty never cold. If wanted cold food would of gone shopping
