   I placed an online order and the payment went through, but after waiting two hours with no update, I called the store. I was told the order would be refunded, but when I asked for written confirmation for my records, the call was abruptly ended. At this point it feels like the company has taken my money without providing the service or proper confirmation of a refund.

   Ordered a large pizza and sides, removed sausages and added more pepperoni, however i got no pepperoni at all. Only ham, meatballs and cheese, pizza was not looking abundant, most of doughy. Called to them and was offeted or replacement that 1h of waiting, or credit to the next order. I choose replacement as there were nothing to eat on pizza, i didnt want to eat just a dough. Pizza turned up in 1 h and was cold, the sides were cold too by that time. But i returned the first wrong pizza with everything inside, as was asked on phone not to touch it, but got a new pizza without sauces. I wish Papa Johns if replace order then place all inside of the box as it should be. As a result, ive got the pizza i had wished, but cold and without sauces and 1 h later. PS: that happened to us the second time when the pepperoni were not added to pizza ( when my partner ordered). So, Im dissapointed.

   Ordered a thin crust double pepperoni - crust wasn’t thin and was slightly undercooked and pale. Paid for extra dip, didn’t get it. Buffalo wings were awful. The only good part were the garlic cheese knots.

   just had a wonderful delivery from here after accidntly missing the delivery guy at the door the manager called and dealt with me in a very resepctfull manner and was completley understanding and helpd me reorder. pizza arrived nice and warm

   Ordered on Uber for over 35 pounds. 2 small pizzas arrived. This is a rip off. Food was cold and late also. We had to order from Domino's again as this was not enough food They didn't care but said to contact Uber. Dont order from this place. Should have read the reviews first. Would give zero stars if possible. This place is a scam

   Papa Johns pizzas pride themselves on providing a quality product, and that's usually what they do. This time, they did not provide a quality pizza. The dough was uneven and didn't taste fresh at all. The topping was thin and lacked flavour, overall disappointing at best. Coupled with this, the service, which was provided by the so-called "manager," was poor. My thoughts are that this particular franchise is NOT following correct Papa Johns procedure and are maximising profits at the expense of the customer whilst using Papa Johns' good name. I will NOT be returning.

   Would be less than a star if possible, ordered the steak and cheese and there was no steak on it… when rang up the manager rudely told us it’s how we ordered it then gave even more attitude. It’s not our fault you can’t do your job properly. Rude and unhelpful and not the only review to mention they have missed the toppings!

   Me and the old man may have just fluked it (on a quiet Sunday lunch) but this experience was a massive improvement from our last! Our 2 pizza's were delicious, fresh and the toppings were generously given and spread out unlike last time. For me, when PJ's are on form Domino's don't even come close to competing with them for quality.
