Our food was delicious and our service from Paige and Rose was outstanding. Helped us quickly and were very polite. Restaurant was very clean and although it’s more self service with the way you have to order, the staff are still so hands on and helpful and all food is brought to you in good time. I enjoyed our dining experience here.
We visited around 11.45 for lunch on a wednesday, and it was already full of people, very bare not enough to go around for everyone. Maybe a different day of the week would have been better to visit.
I recently visited Pizza Hut and opted for their buffet service, eager to sample all the different pizzas. Unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming. The pizzas were rarely served in full; instead, a small pizza would occasionally be placed on the buffet table and disappear almost instantly. Most of the pizzas available were bland and cold, lacking the fresh, savory taste you'd expect. However, not all was disappointing—the Hawaiian pizza stood out as a bright spot, offering a delightful flavor that was both fresh and satisfying. The salad, on the other hand, seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for too long, giving off an unappetizing, stale vibe. The pasta dishes also left much to be desired, as they appeared to have been reheated multiple times, with textures and flavors that reflected that. While the overall quality of the food didn't meet my expectations, I can acknowledge one positive aspect: the price. For just £11, you can fill yourself up, which makes it a budget-friendly option if quantity is your priority over quality. That said, I would recommend Pizza Hut consider improving the freshness and variety of their buffet offerings to enhance the dining experience.
Nice place, but odd use. Credit card only , (not unusual) you have to order your nourishment yourself via a touch screen, they do bring it to your table when cooked. They even have Heinz ketchup and Heinz bbq sauce in bottles. No real choice in diameter of pizza, but you can get stuffed crust. Manager not in manager garb, but a nice bloke as were all the staff. I guess prices have gone up since I was last at my local pizza hut.
I took my family to this Pizza Hut on Valentine's day. The place wasn't busy at all and yet the service was very slow. I ordered an ice cream as my dessert included in the sharing deal and I had to ask three times for them to refill the ice cream machine. I rarely go out to eat in restaurants as it's expensive. However on this special occasion I was hoping for a nice experience. I didn't get any ice cream in the end as it was getting late and my son needed to get home so I paid for a dessert I never got. Very disappointed to say the least. Also, my partner had to ask twice for her brownie ice cream to come out as the first time they seemed to forget. It's a real shame as when I was young I used to love going to pizza hut and now I'll probably never go there again :( Some of the staff were friendly so that's the only reason I'm giving it 1 star.
Food quality overall was really good, though the crusts didn't seem to have the usual garlic salt mix on them. The reason for the 3 stars is because the que was rather large and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. The staff where doing as much as they could and we're friendly but you could see they needed help to turnover the amount of customers that dine here. We asked about 3 times for a takeout box once we had finished eating, the table next to us did the same until we went up to the kitchen to ask for a box from the chef (The staff where trying to clear and clean empty tables as to get the queue down and so had little time for anything else). We visited on the weekend and so through the week the experience will likely be much better.
I can not speak on how good of an experience I have had today, I have been spoken too politely and been accommodated appropriately from when i was seen at the door to when I was being served at my table. Big thanks to Sam and his team for giving me a very pleasant experience today. The food was 10/10 today, was fresh hot and tasty. Will definitely be coming back and telling people about my visit today.
Only had to queue for about 15 minutes outside despite the manager apologising and saying there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. Ordering is very simple and performed at your table using a mobile app. Payment is completed on the same app. No money or cards need to be exchanged. All very easy and simple. Waitress service brings your order to the table. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Salad bar was well stocked, fresh and nicely chilled. Pizzas were as ordered and tasted great as expected. Overall a great place to eat.
