Not that itβs the staff at the stores fault directly, but typical backward money making processes in place for refunds. I was sure I ordered for delivery but at confirmation came up with collection, didnβt argue that point as I couldnβt be sure I did click a delivery option although I donβt remember being prompted to make that option. Anyway, the second I ordered I realised what had happened and call them immediately and explained. I asked if I could have a delivery would have paid delivery fee etc but was told they had no drivers. Maybe thatβs why I got an automatic collection order. Which they should warn you about before ordering. So I asked to cancel and was told they canβt cancel online orders I have to go through the βcustomer careβ email process which can take a week to resolve. Itβs pretty laughable that with all the technology we have in 2025 and how quickly we can pay for services, it seems trying to do something as simple as cancel and get a refund still takes longer than a carrier pigeon would have taken. Other companies managed to have this option, so why not such a large establishment like Pizza Hut?! Not to mention they charge an extortionate amount of money so they should have the funds to improve their systems and processes.

Pizza was nice but the worst customer service I have ever received. Unfriendly and unprofessional man who answered the phone who wasnβt at all helpful when I asked about the 2 pending transactions for one order and who huffed at me & put the phone down when I asked for his name. Rude and should not be employed by any company who requires him to communicate with people.

I went there on two different occasions, stood there like a donkey calling them to serve me since I had limited time, just to be aired. They have no sense of urgency, in their mind people should come in wait 10 minutes before ordering and wait another 20 before you can taste your food.

Ordered a pizza to arrive at 8:15 when I rang at 8:40 and questioned whether the pizza was out for delivery I experienced incredibly poor customer service. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me telling me to wait a bit longer. Will not be ordering again. Pizza has arrived cold and 40 minutes late.

Nothing but positive things to say about this branch! They originally made a small error on our order and were very quick to put this right with no issues. The food here tastes fresh, collected on time and it was ready, piping hot and tasted absolute perfect and fresh A gentleman named Bipin working on the day was very helpful, went above and beyond to help and their service has created a loyal customer for sure.

The last 2 times Iβve collected from here there have been multiple members of staff not wearing uniform, playing on their phones, and then touching pizzas coming out the oven without washing any hands! Today, the person at the counter was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a grey t-shirt and clutching his phone sounding completely uninterested. The glass in the door has been smashed for months. The bin is overflowing and full. Quite frankly, gross.
