   First of all fix your phone line, guy never hears anything and always hungs up not even calling back. Been a regular for years and since new management portions are ridiculous, large cheese chips is like a medium and they barely fill it up its literally a small/medium and this would be fine if it was £3 but its £5 for a ridiculous portion, same for their kebab large literally looks like a medium and inside the box its only half. Wings used to be the best in town but since they changed it they are not nice. Lastly website says 25 minutes wait but its 40/50 minutes. Very disappointed, last time ordering from here

   The pizza I ordered initially wasnt great but on my complaint to the management, another hot fresh pizza was delivered at my doorstep to compensate!! Staff was super nice and welcomed the feedback. The order included a half pounder burger which was phenomenal. Definitely ordering from them again as great service!

   Disgusting customer service tried to order for collection for the guy to not understand what my order was, then handed over to someone else who then took my order as i said could u repeat my order back he was very rude and aggressive on the phone i do not understand how someone can be so rude to a customer who is willing to pay money for the food this shop is an absolute joke and they need to learn how to serve customers especially after the fact the guy was saying he been doing this business for so long , it wont be running for much longer with his awful attitude

   Honestly wish i could give this place minus stars, staff member was rude over the phone, ordered a kids nugget meal and some drinks, the lost the driver half hour in and couldnt find or contact him for a whole hour!! Everytime i called to ask they didnt know and were so unapologetic and unhelpful would just hang up mid conversation. Food turned up soggy, stale and unedible. Never ever ordering from here again, and ill be sure to tell everyone how awful the customer service is.

   Placed an order tried to charge me differant from the menu provided on the counter and advertise on the window when I said no it says cheaper on here a man from the back came out started being aggressive said they was old prices new ones not been updated. Was yelling at me and my children and told us to get out! No way to speak to paying customers rude and aggressive will be ringing up and speaking to a manager and taking this further.

   Staff so rude walked about before even ordering! Only wanted to know what meat was on a pizza! God knows what it would be like if you needed allergen advice. Don’t bother go elsewhere!
