This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever visited. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was good enough, and the waitress went above and beyond to ensure we had a good evening. I would eat here every day if it wasn't 3 hours driving away from my house. I'll be definitely back.

Yes I know it was busy , but frankly 2 and a half hours is far too long . The staff were friendly but 2 of our group got money back ( free drink and free main course . This tells you things were not up to standard . The food was ok , definitely not worth the wait . A few of us commented it could have been hotter . Not worth saying st the time. Was so slow we might never have left I have been before and enjoyed , I enjoyed the company tonight. The restaurant was poor and I left very unimpressed . I did tell.that to the staff . Basically if it's going to be busy sort things out before customers get there . After tonight I am not sure I'd return .

Heard about this restaurant from a local community group. Visited for my partners birthday and we absolutely loved it. Brilliant vibe inside, attentive staff. Excellent menu choice. Weβre not huge eaters and each went for a drink & a main course - the food was incredible. So fresh, hot, flavoursome with generous portions. We couldnβt managed dessert & there was no pressure to do so. Though again the dessert menu looked delicious. We would 100% recommend Bella Ciao to anyone local or visiting. We will definitely be back!

Amazing service and food by Tori and Matt. 4 of us visited midweek (Pre-booked) and downstairs was full on arrival. Tori font of house welcomed us and informed us they were short staffed tonight so apologised and said there will be some delays but thet are working as fast as they can. We were fine and in no rush anyhow. However we found the service time and food arrival to be fine so we had no issues. The quality of the food was amazing and considering they were short staffed this did not reflect on it at all. All 4 of us had amazing food and one of our more particular eaters polished his plate off. Wine was great and the whole evening was fantastic. Itβs one of those places you will definitely return to as they menu variations have more than enough choice to make you want to try the rest of the food. A great little gem in Port Talbot that you must try

Very limited menu, but lovely food. Desserts ended up being the best part, and looked gorgeous. 3 courses each and a couple of drinks came to around Β£54, so quite reasonably priced too. Personally, we might struggle to visit again quickly, only due to the limited menu. If it were to be expanded, we'd possibly make this a regular stop.

Beautiful meal from the set menu for my husband and I. The calzone was so filling and delicious but the Mozzarella Arancine was just amazing! The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We look forward to visiting for another meal very soon!

Evening meal with the family. We had a table of six. Very warm welcome. Plenty of affordable choices on the menu, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere was very relaxed. Starters and accompaniments were amazing. Opted for the chefs recommendation of Sword fish for the main course, not something I would normally order. In fact, donβt normally order fish when I go out for a meal. I was not disappointed. Had to have the tiramisu for dessert. Well it is an Italian after all !! Amazing night will certainly be back soon.

Been twice for lunch, and first class both times. Tasty food and good wine at a reasonable price. Seems to me there are some bad people posting poor reviews in order to discredit the owner. Shame on you. We really enjoyed both times and the staff have been lovely. Booked again for next Friday evening.
