Ordered a pizza and changed the toppings a bit, but ended up receiving a different pizza - called the store to let them know and it was no trouble at all for them to remake the order and send it back out to us pronto even though they were super busy. “My friend told me about some of the poor reviews that this restaurant has gotten.. I've only ever had amazing experiences here. The food has always come out hot, everything is fresh and homemade and the staff have always been incredibly friendly and polite. Truthfully, this place is probably one of, if not the nicest Italian restaurant to eat at in Port Talbot. I also think that some people have misunderstood that many of the pasta dishes are sharing sizes, it's far from expensive to eat here.. especially for the quality and portions of food you receive, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service that you get. They don't compromise on quality - I remember talking to one of the staff members that works here and said that she learnt how to make lasagne from her time in Italy. It's the nicest lasagne I've ever had and many of the people I've taken to this restaurant have said the same. Every amazing restaurant is going to have some poor reviews but, please don't let that deter you from trying this place❣️”

“Amazing service and food by Tori and Matt. 4 of us visited midweek (Pre-booked) and downstairs was full on arrival. Tori font of house welcomed us and informed us they were short staffed tonight so apologised and said there will be some delays but thet are working as fast as they can. We were fine and in no rush anyhow. However we found the service time and food arrival to be fine so we had no issues. The quality of the food was amazing and considering they were short staffed this did not reflect on it at all. All 4 of us had amazing food and one of our more particular eaters polished his plate off. Wine was great and the whole evening was fantastic. It’s one of those places you will definitely return to as they menu variations have more than enough choice to make you want to try the rest of the food. A great little gem in Port Talbot that you must try”

“Me and my brother eugene buy snacks here so we can watch battle for fream island and inanimate insanity. I think bfdi is better than II because idk it just kinda is. but my personal favourite object show is one because it has a very unique and good story and also it has my imaginary boyfriend airy in it and I love him very much. Another series on youtube I very much enjoyed is one called Alien Stage. It's not an object show but it's still really good, It's basically a bunch of anime music videos strung together in a story. 10/10 would recommend. What was I reviewing again? oh yeah, ALDI. “We went here for breakfast yesterday and it was great - the service was fast, the food was served quickly and it was all high quality. It's a bit pricey but we'd definitely go again.”

“I shopped here Monday night, not realising the time until I heard the announcement that the shop was closing! I made my way to the self checkout and an absolutely wonderful young woman, told me, not to rush and then she proceeded to do the checkout for me. She was probably wanting to go home after a long day, but this never showed, and she made me feel like I was important and valued. Her name was Naomi Davies. “Got an order for delivery, spent about £32 for a decent amount of food, the chicken balls are absolutely delicious and the chicken fried rice is tasty. Fast delivery and fair prices.”

“Good opening hours to get milk, eggs and the paper on a Sunday morning. The car park next to the store does get very busy and takes some patience. The store is organised for distancing there's security limiting the numbers of shoppers at peak times which does mean a wait to get in and there's no shelter if the weather is wet. The store has a good selection for an express store even has selection of gluten free produce which was unexpected.”

“Fabulous service and always been my fave kebab house. Accidentally sent wrong order (mistakes happen) and fixed it with no issues. Fresh order sent within 10 minutes and couldn’t apologise enough. Brilliant customer service.”

“me and my sister come here about twice a month i’ve got to say they didn’t used to have the best atmosphere and looks but they have had a huge upgrade there’s more food choices, new workers and more. The workers are amazing they are ever so kind and lovely, me and my sister came here today lovely workers as always, we ordered our food. And they gave us free ice cream!!! they are amazing we were struggling to get out the door as our hands were full and the man came and opended the door for us!! I love this place and this is my go to place always!!”

“Ordered Barbecue ribs, chicken fried rice and sweet & sour sauce. The chicken fried rice was lovely, as was the sweet and sour sauce. The ribs were nice and meaty, hardly any gristle at all, very nice. The only let down was the Barbecue sauce which the ribs came in, it was very watery and had no taste whatsoever. We will probably try this place again, but I think I'll pass on the Barbecue sauce”
