   Food was absolutely Devine!!! Food portion size are HUGE!!! I had the mixed grill which was totally huge and steak was cooked to perfection would defo recommend and will be going again

   My friend told me about some of the poor reviews that this restaurant has gotten.. I've only ever had amazing experiences here. The food has always come out hot, everything is fresh and homemade and the staff have always been incredibly friendly and polite. Truthfully, this place is probably one of, if not the nicest Italian restaurant to eat at in Port Talbot. I also think that some people have misunderstood that many of the pasta dishes are sharing sizes, it's far from expensive to eat here.. especially for the quality and portions of food you receive, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service that you get. They don't compromise on quality - I remember talking to one of the staff members that works here and said that she learnt how to make lasagne from her time in Italy. It's the nicest lasagne I've ever had and many of the people I've taken to this restaurant have said the same. Every amazing restaurant is going to have some poor reviews but, please don't let that deter you from trying this place❣️

   Popped in with my son after school and at first thought it seemed like a great place. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, both my lasagna and my son’s mac and cheese were overcooked to the point of being inedible. After I complained, I wasn’t offered a refund or replacement. Instead, the waitress tried to reassure me that “it usually doesn’t come out like that.” We then waited another 30 minutes for dessert and left feeling hangry and frustrated — it was a complete waste of time and money.

   After ordering from Pizza Factory twice now, I have mixed feelings about the place. On my first order, I found the menu a bit overwhelming because of the sheer variety, but I appreciated the unique options. The delivery was excellent and arrived about ten minutes earlier than expected. The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, and the mini pizza tarts had a perfectly crispy base with just the right amount of toppings. They were absolutely delicious. However, the chips were quite soggy and damp, most likely due to steam getting trapped in the packaging, which made them feel like they had been sitting around for too long. Unfortunately, my second order wasn’t as good as the first. This time, I wanted to try their pizzas, but something about the dough tasted off. It didn’t quite hit the mark. Once again, the food arrived a bit limp, as if it had been sitting out for too long before delivery. That said, the white chocolate cookie was incredible and easily the highlight of the meal. While my experiences have been a bit inconsistent, I’m still intrigued by their menu and might give them another chance in the future. Hopefully, they can improve the freshness of their deliveries because when done right, some of their food is genuinely great.

   This place is phenomenal. Never heard of it until my sister recommended it for my birthday. I had a delicious pizza and cheese topped fries and it was stunning! Lovely little gem in Port Talbot and perfect for a date or birthday celebrations. The managers are so friendly :)

   I have used this little gem over a year now. I can honestly say I have not had a bad meal yet. I have tried most dishes and my favourite is the pasta bolognaise. It is piping hot and delicious. I highly recommend this establishment. Very few places cook from scratch, food is amazing.

   Very nice place to dine in, the atmosphere and people are just amazing, friendly and welcoming. The food is just awesome, from the jucie and tasty burgers to the crispy flavorful pizza, sweet and mouthwatering cookies and waffles to die for. Definitely go and enjoy a nice meal made on the spot!!!
