Please do not go, Ive been on toilet since yesterday. First time I'd ordered from there, I knew something wrong as pepperoni and pizza has little brown bumps all over it. I was so hungry I ate the garlic bread which was fresh. The pizza tasted stale and I ended up bining it
Ordered collection, it was ready right on time. They had my order to hand when I walked in and greeted me by name when I got to the counter. Excellent service and the pizza itself was delicious; really enjoyed the chicken wings too.
This review is purely based on the service. It was simply unpleasant—so bad, in fact, that it ruined the entire experience. The woman I spoke to was dismissive, impatient, dishonest, and rude.
Constantly getting the orders wrong most recent debacle they sent out chicken strippers and not kickers. Avoid this place like the plague. Previously they sent out completely the wrong pizza then said they'd send out a new one, which never arrived, after chasing it again they said they would issue a refund.... it took us nearly 2 months and multiple visits to the store to resolve this.... and the only reason it got resolved was there was someone from head office there. They blamed head office and kept saying they had sent a refund request... guess what they hadn't... can't believe it took a guy from head office to be there to get them to sort it out.
Lied to us twice! Sadly our order of £44.80 was delivered, late, squashed & inedible due to the cheese being stuck to the top of the box. We called the branch as soon as we received the order, they apologised & said they would refund us right away but to allow 5 working for it to appear in the account. 14 days later we went back to the store to say nothing had come through & the story had changed to "not to worry it can take up to 10/14 working days!" We then called head office after 21 working days, they apologised to us profusely as said there had never been a refund requested under our account/order. So it would seem that the parc plaza branch was lying to us the whole time!!
They messed up one of the pizza’s so had to remake, which was no problem and understandable. Told it would just be 5 minutes, it took 20. By the time we got them only the remade one was hot. This is a busy branch so it’s slow service.

The second time that I have to place my order online coz your systems arent working. Get them sorted as it's a joke and I will continue writing poor reviews for you until I can go into your unit and order and pay cash, which in case you have forgotten is legal tender.
The pizza was nice here, really enjoyed and very tasty. Service and delivery was good. The staff were friendly and delivery was fast.
Ordered 40 pounds worth of pizza for collection. On arrival, asked to buy a couple of cookies for my children, who had excitedly come into the shop (which was completely empty). Rude guy asked if I had ordered them in advance... I said I had ordered pizza but not cookies. He said in that case, there would be a long wait. I asked if the cookies are cooked fresh then and he said no. So basically, they have no time to put 2 cookies in a box. By the looks of the staff, I appreciate its probably up there with the most miserable jobs you can get, but if you are working in a customer service/hospitality job, please try a bit harder to not disappoint your customers, especially children who asked for a cookie whilst on way to pick up dinner. Surely it's not that hard, and either way, the bad attitude was inexcusable.
