I ordered chicken kebab, received a mix,this chicken burger is nothing more chicken and bun,avoid at all costs
One star is generous. The food was not what we ordered half of it was missing, also a hour late! when we called the man he turned his phone off. Overall awful experience waste of £20. Never ordering again.
Customer service terrible waited over 45 minutes for food. In that time tried to call for about 20+ minutes with no answer. Decided to drive to shop. Excuse was we very busy and short of drivers. Should not be like that answer the phone. Did give us some extra food for free.
Ordered food via just eat, food did not arrive & Grillers did not answer the phone. So far have refused to give money back. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Food arrived later than delivery time expected. Food was cold and fries were extremely soggy as well as the garlic bread. Chicken strips were okay but tasted a lot like freezer food. Pizza was nice though, but all of the food seem like it had been reheated.
I think Google should include minus stars because this place was atrocious. I ended up here as nothing was open and read the reviews after. Old man serving was a lost puppy. On his phone the whole time and I had to ask him multiple times to serve me. Was so lapsed he was going to under charge me by 70%. I felt like I was eating decomposed chicken wings. All burnt and tasteless. Donor meat was ok, but felt a dodgy sensation after. Finally, this place needs to be jet washed because this is the most dirtiest and unhygienic shop I have ever attended. If you want to punish yourself, then make sure you get the dead wings.
1 star is generous. Worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had. Was made to wait almost 2 hours for the food. Tried calling many times to eventually be greeted with ‘Postcode?’. On the hottest day ever recorded in the UK, the food arrived cold. Fries were green and soggy. How this place is still running is beyond me. Wish I had checked reviews on Google rather than trusting the Just Eat reviews. Stay away.
