   I lost £10 in the Tesco's Neath Abbey store. I tried several times to ring the store to ask if it had been handed in. After going through a lengthy recorded message and choose the correct option to ask about lost property, the phone just rang and rang until someone eventually connected the call and hung up! I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried again, only to face someone doing exactly the same thing to me a second time. Appalling customer service.

   I think it is absolutely terrible that I have been fined to shop in Tesco , I parked my car for just over an hour in their car park . What I didn’t know as there is no clear signs Only very small print that after 9pm your only allowed an hour , after all the years I have been shopping at Tescos I did not know this I will not be shopping there again ,

   I am not happy I ordered whoosh and I was following the driver on the app and then it changed to another driver which is weird. Long story short my delivery was cancelled after 3 hours because apparently the driver took my delivery to the wrong place , I don't know why it had to be cancelled why didn't he just bring it back to me ? I felt like over 3 hours of waiting and not getting nothing was ridiculous and then I went to my bank and they took the money already , and the money they took came to more than they should have took. So I'm left with no shopping, no money until it goes back in if the full amount goes back in my gosh I'm not happy and I have been a shopper at Tesco for so long and the driver that was texting me wasn't very nice and getting in touch with customer service , no chance .

   Just a warning to tesco. Sometimes you can't get at the shelves in store because staff are busy filling them. This used to be done overnight. Sometimes you can't get the products that you need and staff say it's because the produce is sitting in the warehouse because there's not enough of them to keep the shelves stocked. Tesco certainly does seem to be very understaffed compared to a few years back. The self service area has expanded and most tills are now closed, there's sometimes quite a long queue at the self service area too. I went to the local Aldi's in Neath for the first time this week, I saved £12 on my shopping compared to tesco, no self service and plenty of tills open. It was like a breath of fresh air and I honestly can't see me doing much shopping in tesco again. Cutting staff and bringing in self service may save tesco money in the short term but it's a false economy because long term it will continue to drive customers like me away.

   You can not get through on phone all i want to know where in store the covid tests are as I need to send my disabled son in to get one and he will not ask a member of staff. Why do you no longer answer the phones

   Good value and range of products, but a very tiring experience, poorly set out for someone who doesn't know the store, difficult to navigate with a companion in a wheelchair, too many staff blocking isles restocking shelves. And not enough checkouts manned.
