I’ve seen so many reviews talking about the same man who’s so rude when going to pick up a parcel. He treated me with such disrespect and raised his voice at me when all I wanted was to pick up a parcel. It was my first time so I wasn’t sure on the procedure I gave him my ID he asked when it was delivered and I told him i’d check really quick. He started huffing and puffing and raised his voice telling me to wait “over there” so he can serve other customers and even complained about me to a customer telling her I’m going to take forever. Such a rude bald old man grumpy with nothing better to do than fail at human decency.

This store doesn’t deserve any stars! Why offer an in store Evri parcel service if the machine if never working! This is my closest parcel shop and I sell a lot of items through Vinted so need to print the labels in store. Out of around 12/13 times I’ve been to the store, the machine has been working once! Fix the machine and stop wasting people’s time. Also tried calling beforehand to ask if the machine was working (as didn’t want a wasted visit) and the line doesn’t even work so again this should be looked at! Very unsatisfied customer and know not to go here now!

I use this Tesco regularly for parcel collection and drop offs. Due to my job, I am out of the house every day when parcels are usually delivered. There is one old guy (the bald one that never wears a name tag) who continues to make it my problem for using a service that the store says they supply. He tells me the machine is broken every time I go in, demanding that I should just go somewhere else and talking down to me to the point I might have to start recording my interactions with him as they are so spiteful. I have never had ANY issue with other members of the team in that branch or with the Evri service itself when any of this man's colleagues are serving me and it upsets me every time I go in when I see he is working. Whether there really is an issue with the machine or if this guy simply has an issue with me I am unsure, but I don't feel this man is a good fit for the company.

Love to shop here, however getting an evry package is a bit of an awful experience. One male employee after looking at my ID flicked it back across the till at me. And even threw my package down not acknowledging the transaction. Or even me. May chalk it down to racism as he’s great with all other costumers.

I have come into your store a few times. one member of your staff i always look forward to seeing. He is always so friendly and gives complements to his customers. He was behind your till today with fab eye make up. I just want him to know that he is doing a fab job and keep up his good work.

In my last 2 visits to this store, I have witnessed 3 (maybe 4) staff members with facemasks either pulled down or not being worn at all - and one of them was a manager. 2 of these were in the isles - a manager had it pulled down around her chin, a shelf-stacker had hers pulled down so it was not covering her nose on both occasions (not 100% sure it was the same person both times). A lady serving at a checkout without a perspex screen in place had no mask on at all - when challenged, she put it on but had to walk all the way through the store without one on to get it. I later saw her serving at the checkout without the screen with the mask pulled down, not covering her nose. As someone with a compromised immune system who always makes sure to go to the store at quiet times, I was very upset & scared by this.

If I could leave no stars I would. One female staff member from this store was particularly rude and patronising to me. I wanted to pay for a bottle of wine with some food items and the lady who served me was very short with me, made me get my ID from my car (kept massive queue waiting) and made me pull my mask down (to check if it was actually me) at the till even though we are in a pandemic. I felt so uncomfortable with removing my mask with lots of people around me. I'm 30 years old, work for the NHS but feel I was treated like a criminal. I've never had this treatment in any other shop before.
