One staff lady doesn’t know how to give a Good customer service, she’s unprofessional, rude and always Grumpy ..i give her Zero star …

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this SPAR. The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude, especially one young woman who clearly has no idea what customer service means. Her attitude was unbelievably disrespectful – she is blunt, unfriendly, and treats customers as if they are a burden rather than valued clients. The situation becomes even worse when it comes to parcel drop-offs. Instead of accepting parcels properly, they seem to pick and choose which ones they want to take, refusing others without any valid reason. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A store like SPAR should train its staff on how to deal with people respectfully and provide consistent service. If management cares about their reputation, they need to take action immediately because this level of behavior is disgraceful.
I had a really disappointing experience .The staff seemed completely uninterested in what I was trying to say. Every time I spoke, they were either distracted or listening to something on their earphones through speaker mode. It felt like they weren’t present or professional Customers deserve attention and respect, especially when there’s an issue to resolve. I hope management addresses this – listening is the first step in providing good service, and that’s clearly lacking here.
I just wanna know, why one of the ladies lied to me saying the shop stopped dealing with yodel, therefore they aren't taking any parcels no more, she said that to me once I came out of my car and seen me holding a parcel. Just to find out 3 months later they have never stopped taking them ??? Goodness me, why this shop is miserable? No body looks happy !! Is that why she lied coz she wasn't bothered to work as she was outside busy chatting to someone in the car instead of getting on with her work. Absolutely disgusting! Will never shop in there again. Wonder why you have terrible reviews. Perhaps the shop could offer the staff some trainings on customer service, and some physical exercise on how to smile.
I would select 0 if I could. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION to pick up parcels they are highly incompetent. My parcel was sent there and they refused to hand over my package unless I quoted a code. However, the code they were asking for can only be generated if they keyed in a reference code from their end which they FAILED to do. I went in the next day and they lost my package. I'm honestly shocked at their appalling service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Always like going in staff are always really nice and helpful. Chill down to earth shop with offers on fruit/veg too!
Can i just say, you won't lose anything if you smile at the customer's face !!! I have never seen a smiley happy worker there ! And today this lady "Kelly" seemed to hate her job and being there, kinda rude it was, no greeting at all, didn't even make eye contact while serving me, and she puffed on top of that while getting my receipt. Very uncomfortable it was indeed. Just smile !! and if you can't be bothered with meeting people everyday, simply don't work at the till.
This place is so expensive, and the food is disgusting. Bread falls apart after one day. Don't know how students afford theese prices. A total rip off. One trip will cost you around £30. Prices are rigged. Pathetic shop, especially being in hard times.
Best meal deals I’ve ever let enter my mouth. Top notch staff.
