The delivery driver was at the shop for ages, not his fault if the order hasn't been picked. A pizza was missing and my crisps were a different flavour. Not the end of the world, got a refund with the pizza but still. Small order how can you get it wrong??

Very disappointed . Ordered an Argos purchase . Didn’t know it’s just a delivery Hub. As has been previously posted staff are miserable and don’t seem to enjoy their work. One staff member ignored me and the other wasn’t concerned when I expressed my upset as it didn’t hold Argos stock. This just messed me around and I went to sainsbury town ….. they were great , very pleasant and had no issue . Simply drop the uplands site off the website ..

Always a weird atmosphere in there which is understandable for an area which has such a mix of potential customers with both well to do's, students and our local all star tea leafs. But, I've been coming here for years on and off when needed and without fail am followed around the store, stared at and treated as unwanted. You can shrug that off but it's high price to pay for some eggs or some beer. Worked in retail before and you work out very quickly who's who and when things are going missing. Aside from that the staff are generally very rude, very slow and reluctant to serve you. Quite often they literally don't look at or speak to you. How any of them made it past interview I don't know. This kind of an Uplands thing which I get but Sainsbury's has got the attitude nailed and the older staff are no different. Today waiting for an age check the duty manager and staff just ignored me. Gave them plenty of time. Caught the eye of another staff member that signalled for me to ask them(you know pointed). Said I tried that and tried their attention again. Nothing. You've got to take this kind of thing on the chin but years of it is more than enough.

Usually a decent experience with some reasonably priced items if you search for them. Great for popping in and grabbing a snack or a jug of milk but I wouldn’t go much further than that due to increasing prices and unavailability of stock (on a couple of occasions I have not been able to find some things I was looking for) But nevertheless, thank you for having the service local and available! It’s great to have something to rely on just around the corner if in need to pop in. Keep up the work Sainsbury’s staff!

The smell, considering the prices they charge they could at least buy a mop for the filthy floor.

Usual excellent, but rather spoilt a Boxing Day morning. Got home to find I'd been effectively overcharged and neither of the papers I'd bought had the Boxing Day supplements.

The Staff were rude and unwelcoming and made me feel like I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Poor interpersonal skills amongst at least some staff. It makes me less than eager to want to return, I think I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.

Normally have a lovely experience with great customer service. However today this was not the case. I understand the stresses of working in a customer based environment, but today when I was having a bad day, a grumpy and some would say rude employee made my day worse. Will return but will use self check out from now on.
