⭐☆☆☆☆ Used the Amazon parcel return service at Asda Llansamlet, Swansea and it was a terrible experience. The staff member handling returns was extremely slow, uninterested, and struggled to manage even basic tasks. There was no urgency, no customer awareness, and a long wait despite a simple return. Handling of large boxes was poor and disorganised, which made the whole process frustrating and inefficient. For a service that should be quick and straightforward, this was ridiculous. Asda seriously needs to review staffing and training at this counter because this setup is not fit for purpose. It honestly felt like customers’ time didn’t matter at all.

Thanks a bunch ASDA just wrecked Christmas ! Ordered on line, and when it’s turned up no food at all just alcohol orange juice and a loaf of bread, all the veg missing no meat etc ! And what’s more no early notification just a few replacements that weren’t even on the van !! We are babysitting grandchildren tomorrow (24/12) and I have stage 4 cancer, only option now is for wife to leave me and go shopping this evening!! Absolute shambles !!

Went shopping there yesterday after going to the hospital. A lovely shop, different scenery from my usual shop. I had two little bits of shopping, one item and then the rest of my shopping. But when paying for the first item, some of my other order went through, I said to the man at the till it doesn't matter I'll pay for these then the rest. He kept on asking about three times, if I wanted to take those items off, I kept saying no. But the gripe I had was how fast he put the shopping through the till !!! Then said, both times, "have you got the app"? Yes I'm opening it I said. I went to scan it but an advert came up, "ooh if you just touch the cross in the corner it'll go off" yes I know I said! I do know technology. As soon as the card beeped, he said "card!" Before I could put my phone down and get my card!! SORRY, BUT YOU ARE NOT ALDI OR LIDL!!! Having to rush everything through!!!

Did a shop here on Wed 24th Sept. Found the shop well spaced, well laid out and everywhere was clean. Huge carpark which was less than half full and had several dedicated places for disabled persons as well as family groups. Really, just the kind of experience one should expect from a large store.

This is one of the better ASDA, Its large and great product selection, very clean inside and great pricing. Open 24 hours which is a huge bonus and I appreciate this from ASDA. The car park is very confusing though, not enough signs. This is just off the motorway as well so it's a good resting stop when traveling around Wales.

I would give them a zero star if I could, will never be returning to this store again between the store was dirty used the customer toilets and they hadn’t even been cleaned and that’s not the first time this week… go there a few times a week for different items. Never been so embarrassed in my life over a genuine mistake, Christian Dean(Micky mouse security guard) not even got a badge but acting like he did. Very rude and not friendly at all made me out to be a liar and followed me around store and then denied it how this bloke can be a community champion I don’t know hides behind the manager then when asked when I asked to see the manager.. two staff members called Kayleigh Yeo and Jade Rees need to go back and learn manners and customer service skills instead of laughing and pointing at customer and then going on to deny it when called up about it. Also Kayleigh then made a point in going over to another member of staff at another till telling her what happened and then continuing to be pointing and laughing at us, which made us all uncomfortable being there. Had my mother in law with me and my partner and made her feel very uncomfortable (she is disabled and it’s hard to get her out now it’s put it off coming out again) Christian made her very uncomfortable and intimidated her as she’s afraid of men shouting, due to her past. Will not recommend people going there unless you want poor customer service dirty store and hardly any products you want. The only decent person who was there was the manager on duty but I didn’t catch his name he was very friendly and didn’t want to lose us as a customer …. But it’s to little to late never going there again his staff has ruined that will definitely be going elsewhere The date was 22/03/2023, time was between 4:30-5pm

Today I booked a delivery between 0900 and 1100 hours. At 0921 I received a text advising the driver was on his way. At approx 1200 I telephoned the number given on their website to inform them my delivery had not arrived. After a number of insincere apologies a reason was given that the original driver had called in sick and that another delivery driver was only a few minutes away. Fast forward another two hours, more insincere apologies, a suggestion that my order had tried to be delivered, blah, blah, blah, more insincere apologies, too late to deliver today offering money between £5 and £15 for my inconvenience, an hour on the telephone, more insincere apologies with some jobsworth thrown in. Disgraceful. End result: no delivery for me and Asda is down at least one customer. Save yourself a wasted day and seriously insincere earache, by going elsewhere!!! .

Bought chocolate doughnuts from this store and they are disgusting. Doughnuts are supposed to be light fluffy and sweet. These went straight in the bin!

I'm reviewing the grocery delivery service, as I live an hour and a half from the store. My orders recently have been consistently late. Yesterday, I had a slot booked from 3 to 5pm, but it was late (as usual). The driver told me he didn't start work till 3.30pm, so why was my order put on his round?? It wasn't his fault that he was late - as I said, I'm at least an hour and a half's drive from the store!! I have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact the store and your "customer service" colleagues, although very nice, really have no idea of the geography here in Wales. Whoever is responsible for scheduling deliveries really needs to be spoken to!! I expect a reply, but I won't hold my breath, going by your record of service.... My order number was 5112280000495

We visited during peak time and I was surprised how swiftly the tills operated. Almost no wait and the plenty of staff around if you needed to locate anything. The help desks were constantly staffed and overall the place was very tidy. They had some gaps on the shelves but that's understandable especially after a whole day of trading. Not my local supermarket but will definitely visit again.
