   We visited this Japanese restaurant after a friend of mine recommended it to us and she came along as she was happy to come along with us. This place used to be a Chinese restaurant now transformed into a Japanese one, the place looks quite forlorn of any unembelishment with very little decoration, just paper shades hanging from the ceiling, overall not appealing. Service wise in my opinion I think the waiters should come to the table sooner to ask for drinks, I really do not like waiting ten minutes to get a drink, in my humble opinion it should be ask as soon as you sit down. Truth to be told, once we ordered, everything came in a blink of an eye and food looked very appetising served in a quite nice looking tableware. The food itself was either disappointing or delicious, I'm sorry to say so as I hate giving bad reviews but I hate even more to be dishonest. I had nigiri and sashimi, the sashimi was just ok but the nigiri was tasteless, where is the rice vinegar flavour? Bland, really bland. I normally do not like to indulge into much soy sauce dipping but in this case is a must, otherwise there's no flavour, disappointing. But on the other hand everything else was delicious, scrumptious. The salmon teriyaki was superb, the pork katsu soup super nice. We definitely want to return and try more things but honestly there's room for improvement. Please have a go yourself.

   Very cool place and friendly place, really enjoyed my time inside. It wasn't busy at all, so me and my mate were able to enjoy a nice quite dinner. The food was good, but I've definitely had better Japanese food, I'd say this place is more of a baseline for Japanese food than being anything super special, but the place was great nonetheless

   Lovley restaurant with japanese food. I had a ramen and you can choose the broth type the noodle and meat topping! I personally recoomend the ika karaage appetiser. Had lovley customer service from a gentleman named parvez cant big him up enough! The food is reasonably priced aswell!

   First time visiting here. We were given complimentary edamame which was DELICIOUS! The best I’ve ever tasted. Very well seasoned and the soy sauce was a lovely accompaniment. I ordered a bento style box and my husband ordered a pork dish. His portion was pretty small so I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, however the taste was pleasant. My dish was nice, I particularly enjoyed the fried prawn. We both had miso soup which wasn’t to my liking however others may like it. Overall it was a 7/10 in my opinion. Service was good and the restaurant was empty when we went (was close to closing). The robot server was a cute addition.

   We celebrated a birthday here and the staff was accommodating with our special order and requests. There is free parking at the back. The robot even delivered and sang happy birthday. A great dining experience and highly recommended.

   Went for an anniversary meal with the family at this Japanese restaurant. The crispy squid starter was one of the best I have had. My wife had a Bento box which she enjoyed, while I had Black Cod in miso sauce, really delicate & delicious. Loved the robot waiter.

   Was really excited about having a Sushi place in Bedford, but felt it was merely average in execution. Maybe our mistake in going on a Monday? We ordered the large Kazoku Set and a Katsu curry between the 2 1/2 of us (sons 9th bday). I felt the fish was not very fresh, and the rice itself tasted soapy. Overall, I would give 7 /10 - for comparison the Sushi at Kokorro in MK is better IMO - obviously not made to order but better rice and seemingly fresher fish.
