   If you like incomplete meals, which can sometimes be flavourless, this is your place! Ok, ok, I know what you're thinking let me go the real issue. Me and my partner went for a rare date night here, why not? We should treat ourselves. My partner ordered his meal and it arrived. A scowel I've never seen crossed his face. “The meal is incomplete” he says.. “The Kimchee, its not there” I told him to not cause a scene, after all, a little kimchee missing isn't that bad. “My meal is cold, tasteless too” “Surely not” I say “Its more broth than meal” “Well, I have seen cereal with more food in” I shamefully admit. Scowering my head in embarrassment, he calls over a member of the hard-working team. The lovely staff member walks over. He returns with cold Kimchee. sadly, not the resolution they were seeking. Was it worth the money? his reaction to me says not. Anyway id rate this a 3 out of 10

   First it was raw chicken, then a month later I order a take away for it to be riddled with flys and bugs ! raised a complaint still waiting for a call back ! Avoid at all costs

   Our servers were adorable, on the other end i do find the food to be a bit overpriced for what it is. I ordered the gyoza for starters, nothing much to say about them they were good, then chicken katsu curry which was wayyyyy spicer than i could handle..BUT the chicken itself was crispy and very good.. portions were okay :) And we got a free green tea ! Ps. good vegetarian options for those interested

   Lovely location on the river and food was tasty BUT the service was awful. We had to get our own cutlery, one main meal arrived 10 minutes late with no communication, explanation or apology from the waiter and we eventually packed our dirty main meal dishes onto the table next door as nobody came to clear. Such a shame as food was yummy but not sure I will be back.

   The service and atmosphere of this place is amazing. We had a large party and ordered about 16 appetizers and the waitress was phenomenal and very patient with us. My only gripe is that I felt the Ramen was just average and the vegetables were not diced uniformly.

   Really good place by the river and among other restaurants. Tasty dishes as usual and enjoyed every bit of it. Even though I am ok using chopsticks sometimes I need a spoon to get last bit of rice on the plate. Little disappointed that there were no cutlery on the table. Had Dough-chi cookie dough balls with ice cream centre for the first time. I had to eat this dessert using my hand. Is that how it meant to be eaten? Not sure the waiter didn’t give a dessert spoon anyway. So had to eat the ice cream balls dripping from my fingers. Give 5 stars even though a little disappointed with no cutlery.

   Nice place in nice location. It's clean and tidy. However, dear waiter - when you serve at a table - please put my cutlery on a napkin. And why I have to ask about a napkin at all? That's only a detail but it can spoil whole visit. One more thing: the lights in yours bathroom are not bright enough. In fact it was quite dark. Portion size is another matter. It was huge! Huge but tasty. I enjoyed so thanks for that. I definitely can recommend it.
